The staff is always very nice & polite & their service is fine.However, I do have to agree with a few other folks here, the food is terribly greasy - even for fried food. Purchased two sandwiches, chicken & a fish. The batter on the chicken was only partially cooked, parts were just doughy. The batter on the fish glistened with grease - neither were edible.
Only have ordered delivery, but the WINGS have been excellent the last several times. Everything else is kind of absurdly expensive now and fine enough, but the wings have been consistently stupid-good. So much better than they have any right to be. And they aren’t priced absurdly! They’ve been promoting them hard so there’s been so many BOGO deals with them too. Gonna ride this high for as long as it lasts.

The staff was not very helpful in honoring a online promotion. Then he realized they were out of Apple pie after ringing me up, when I asked for a refund he couldn't do it and had to give me a dessert I really didn't want.
