“What a great little find in Peconic. A beautiful, quaint winery. They have small snacks and tons of Rose'. We had the still Jolie Rose'. Delicious! The staff is ready and waiting to help. Beautiful grounds. Quiet little spaces to get lost. Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!“
“Great addition to the Macari brand - impeccable, relaxing grounds feature exclusive small batch wines. Friendly atmosphere, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Definitely check it out!“
“This is one of my favorite vineyards on the island. We discovered this place through my husbands Riverhead family hometown and it has become a quarterly addition to when we visit the family. We came here for a wine tasting and were introduced to the wine club and we haven’t regretted it. The team at Macari always follows up with member concerns and is genuine when things aren’t always seamless and try to make things right in the moment when you give feedback. Highly recommend if you are looking for a wine club and you live in New York City.“

“Such a cute little coffee shop! Staff is friendly and the premises is clean. The environment is welcoming and cozy. I do wish they had more baked goods options. The iced coffee was delicious and my 5 and 6 year old are picky about chocolate chip cookies… they devoured the ones I purchased for them and asked for more.“

“Barrow is a Williamsburg want to be. The pseudo health food is anything but. Their chicken wrap was below standard, no taste, all mayonnaise. The service inexistant if you call handing two napkins and forks to a customer as service. Water is self-service from piled up plastic cups and carafes .It was a very disappointing experience.“
“While in town for a few days we stopped here because I had a Groupon for a flight of 4 five oz beer/wine option. The place was kind of tucked away but had outdoor and indoor seating. The bartender helped us right away and we picked our 4 options and sat outside. They had some games indoor to play and it was pet friendly. Only takeaway was the very small amount of cider beer options on the menu other than that it was good.“
“We had two beer flights. Great price and great staff! So friendly. Live music. The beer is very good, they brew it there. The pretzel was really good too. Used the Habitat for Humanity card. What a deal. Go see them! Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!“
“This is a great Venue and winery. We enjoy Pellegrini wines and have just joined their wine club. It's a delight to visit the winery and sit back relaxing with a glass of wine in their nice tasting room. John is the GM and he along with his team will welcome you and introduce you to what is in my view one of the best wine producers on the East End.“

“Awesome gelato!! Service was great!“
“Great little spot in Riverhead, behind town. Old firehouse converted to a brewery, brilliant. The beer was great. We had Butternut Squash! Also the food truck was good, a Wing place. They had fried chicken but tasty. Boneless was good, fried pickles were good and the chili was really good. Overall, a cool, local hangout. The lights inside probably should be a bit dimmer, it has that town board/school meeting lighting type of feel. Too bright which gave it one star less for me. Daytime probably has no issues. Other than that, it was cool! Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!“

“The food was delicious and incredible - plus it came out quick! The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and pleasant.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options.Parking: There is a small parking lot directly across the street.Kid-friendliness: Yes, there were many kids here when I was here.“
“I came here as part of a wine bus tour. It was my least favorite of the three wineries we visited. We felt like just a number here, as it wasn't a very personalized experience. An employee came on to our bus to welcome us but after that, we were pretty much on our own. We tasted four wines, which were served in plastic cups. Other than brief descriptions printed on a sheet on the serving tray, not much information was shared about the wines. You could purchase hot dogs here as well as "sangria," which was basically just a rose spritzer. We walked through the vineyards but they were not as picturesque as other spots. One nice touch was that there was a band playing live music. It's a decent place to visit and a nice outdoor option to get out of NYC but wouldn't be at the top of my list to return to.“
“This is such a cozy little brewery that it feels more like a boutique than brewery. They even have a small menu of fancy sounding cocktails, which appear to change frequently and based on holidays. The fun little space does have some outdoor seating, but it was a bit chilly during our visit, so we stayed inside chatting with one of the most genuine beertenders we've ever met.Our favorite beer of the visit was the North Shore Red Ale, and the Sexy MF was a close runner up.I wouldn't recommend large groups here, but they can certainly accommodate a few parties of 6 without overwhelming the taproom.“
“Westhampton Beach Brewing Co. is a gem in a great location. It combines delicious beers, a commitment to the community and the environment, and a beachy ambiance that makes every day feel like a beach day. If you're in the area, it's a must-visit destination. Cheers to sandy toes and great brews!“
“Wonderful shop! Curated lovely gift baskets and handled all of the shipping details seamlessly…top it off with a fondue treat for yourself and it’s a perfect way to manage your holiday gift giving. There’s much to love in this little gem on Love Lane! Make a plan to stop by often - it’s a treat for yourself, and others.“

“I've been here a bunch of times, and it's always been great. I usually give visitors to LI a tour of the North Fork, and this is one of the stops.I had the lamb burger on my most recent visit, and it was cooked very well - still juicy! There was a great daily special of burger and beer for fair price. The service is always friendly and attentive.“

“We went to Tweed's tonight for our anniversary based on a recommendation from a friend. Our server, Lauren, was amazing. The food far exceeded our expectations. We were definitely not disappointed. It is pricey, just know that going in. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you!“

“I've been to Magic Fountain a few times and enjoyed it each time. You place your order inside with friendly staff (you can try a flavor or two to be sure you like what you're ordering) and there's an extensive menu of flavors. The outside has a few benches and a cute mural and some vintage inspired signage in front. I can't wait to return this summer!“

“What a little treasure in Riverhead! Delicious food in a comfortable atmosphere right on the Peconic River. The Chicken Adana was beautifully presented. I also had a small Chicken Lemon soup, which was flavorful and filled with chicken. I highly recommend! Very nice family who run the eatery too !!!“

“This place is definitely a spot to go. Has some of the best all natural fruit bowls. They even had a low sugar one they made on request. Very polite and kind staff. The inside is like a light industrial feel very welcoming atmosphere. Must go place if you want a sweet treat thats tasty and light on the sugar.“
“The atmosphere was classy. We enjoyed the wine and Charcuterie. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.“
“Wonderful service and great selection. We tried a hand selected flight based on a few questions asked by the servers. I enjoyed 3 of the 4. I only liked the 4th. Casual atmosphere with a few tables outside. There is shaded area and it very pet friendly. I will definitely be back. I really enjoyed the Sauvignon blanc and purchased a bottle. Prices are reasonable.“
“Lovely backyard with tables or Adirondack chairs for sipping wine and enjoying appetizers. Friendly staff. Great wines, especially whites and rosés.“
“Fantastic! Went here after a bad experience at the Greenport location and didn't have high hopes. Boy was I surprised. Staff was friendly and quick with the orders. Beer and food was great. Fun atmosphere, perfect for families. Weather was great and we sat outside. Plenty of seating. All around would recommend if you are in the area! This is definitely the best of the bunch.“
“We enjoyed our winter visit to Palmer Vineyards. We had our puppy with us and they welcomed her with open arms. The wines were tasty and we enjoyed a delicious charcuterie board. It has a nice rustic ambiance that we all enjoyed. The service was great and the servers were friendly and helpful.“
“Fun spot for a casual tasting! 5 wines for $15 with generous pours. Service was quick and you could sit anywhere (you do not need to stand by the bar counter)! There was live music on the outside patio until 5p and it was super enjoyable and relaxed. Of the wines, I found some whites too tart and some reds too astringent but there are no hills on LI for the flavors other wines develop. Otherwise, it was a good spot to just relax, and I would come again to try some more wines and enjoy good company and music!“
“This delightful winery in Suffolk County is a true highlight of the region. From the moment you enter, you're wrapped in a blend of elegant and cozy atmosphere, complemented by the remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The quaint gift shop adds a lovely touch, ideal for finding unique gifts for fellow wine enthusiasts. The wines themselves are a highlight, especially the Riesling and White Merlot, both offering exceptional taste experiences. The summer season brings out the best of the winery, with its beautiful grounds providing a perfect setting for wine enjoyment. Anticipation is high for my next summer visit to this charming spot!“
“By far the cleanest and best shucked oysters I have had in a LONG time. We ordered the salmon and lamb as our entree ... EXCELLENT. The lamb was perefctly cooked as well as the salmon. The crispy Brussel sprouts and and potatoes added a tasy charred flair. The sweet potato paired as a perfect side for the lamb. Now lets get to my complicated drink order, an American twist on a caipirinha, our server was so eager to please me :). And it was delish!! They also make a VERY good LI iced tea. So glad we took a chance on this gem.“

“This must be one of the best coffees out here. I would always pass this gem but never stop, until today. Im so happy I stopped. Wherever I go I always get a large black iced coffee. I love to taste the flavor of the coffee beans and this did NOT disappoint. I also bought a chocolate chip biscotti and these took me back to the cookies I would eat in Greece. The sweetness of my cookie (which was perfect, not too sweet) paired perfectly with my coffee. The guy is who took my order offered me a broken biscotti for free, which I declined. Knowing they would be this good, I should have taken it for my toddlers, haha! Its okay though, I will definitely be coming back and ordering the biscottis for them. The place is very welcoming, staff were sweet, and there is outdoor seating if you want to stick around. They also have parking. The place is super clean and they have cute merch when you enter.Their food looked delicious and eventually I will have a go at that as well.“

“Wow, for us to be seated party of four, to be expected on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered the swordfish and it was very good. Ordered the Keylime pie for dessert and it was not quite up to my expectations. Very creamy, but I am taste was lacking and the crust was a little overcooked that the experience was very good. I get back into the neighborhood I will stop again.“
“On a Friday afternoon myself and 8 friends had a wonderful time at Bedell! Alexandra explained all of our options, the different wines and food. Our group was able to enjoy flights as well as bottles. I would recommend Bedell to anyone out on the North Fork.“

“I love Roanoke vineyards and their delicious wines! Everyone here is awesome, and as a member, I can go in anytime and have a nice little private wine day with friends. Their vineyard is absolute stunning and every one of their wines is amazing! We come here often since we are lucky enough to live right down the road. The last time we were there, Chef Tom Schaudel was doing an event for us, and grilling up the most amazing foods! We were served grilled Grilled smoked St. Louis ribs with blackberry scented BBQ sauce, Chicken thighs with mustard vinaigrette marinade, Lightly smoked potato salad,Fresh heirloom tomatoes with basil and a Grilled olive-oil almond cake withstrawberries & fresh whipped cream. Everything was absolutely delicious! He even grilled iceberg lettuce, which I never thought to do, with fennel and the best dressing ever! We were served all of their great wines, and Tom talked about the food, the restaurant business, music and guitars, which my husband being a guitar player absolutely loved :-) We got to talk to Tom for a while after the event, and we also bought his second book, "A Second Helping," which is just as entertaining and funny as his first book. He really is such a great down to earth guy, and meeting him was the highlight of my day, along with the great food, and wine of course!Since Roanoke is a members only winery, if you do have friends who belong, I highly recommend going with them. You will love their wines, the beautiful vineyards, and the very beautiful and inviting inside, where you can relax with friends, have some wine, and just have an amazing day!Thank you everyone at Roanoke, and a special thanks to Tom Schaudel for making our day there even more special! (I would have taken more pictures to post, but I was so involved with the great food, people we met, and the great overall atmosphere, that I didn't want to miss a thing :-)“

“I celebrated my 33rd birthday 2/25. It was amazing we had a party bus drop us off. Though it’s winter season it was still beautiful to visit. Tasting deck has wonderful lighting. We got upgraded to the private cellar to accommodate for very chilly temperatures took minute for tasting deck to warm up. The staff was amazing (Gaetno & Christian) and helpful. My favorite wine was the Steel Chardonnay. We will be back for spring/summer time.“
