“I came in the other day and this young lady looked like she was leaving when she seen me struggling with my two bags of food and my cane in the other hand. I wouldn’t admit it but I really was struggling. She asked me if I parked my car in the parking lot and when I told her yes, she went ahead and helped me carry my food all the way to my car. I thanked her and even offered her a tip but she refused and said she was just glad to help. Her name was Adora, and I told her I would leave a great review for the store. She probably doesn’t remember me but I definitely remember her. It really shows that this restaurant is hiring kind people who actually care about helping others, especially as an elderly person myself!. Very hard to see in today’s society. Thank you Adora for being so kind.”

“I only been here twice, and it was very good. I was helped by a girl named Chemeil who was very nice, friendly, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. I got the jerk chicken and it was tasty. The second time I had jerk chicken, rasta pasta, ginger pink lemonade, and a ginger mango drink. I was helped by Stacey another nice, friendly, patient, personable, and professional person. I had a lot of questions about the menu for both of them and they answered very patiently. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.”

“I order from here quite often because the wings are so good! They’re always hot and fresh and the fries are delish. I recommend calling ahead as the food is made to order and you could be waiting up to 20 minutes if you just stop in. 10/10 I’ve never had a bad experience.”

“I wasn't sure about this location based on the Google reviews but Uber Eats had great reviews so I was somewhat confused but because Uber Eats had over 1000 reviews so it definitely superseded the Google ones.

“I've ordered from this place since the day it opened and the food is excellent always hot and fresh. They are always busy and hard working. I don't know about the other reviews but I never had any issues with my food and when they didn't put in a sauce for me they would drive back and bring me what I need. Try this place out especially the Curry shrimp ask for it extra spicy and the garlic sauce Chicken wings ?.”

“My friends and I had a lovely afternoon at The Rockaway Hotel Pool house. We were greeted by a warm and friendly hostess, Isabella, who made us feel so welcomed. Our beautiful table was in the perfect spot to take in all of what the Rockaway Hotel has to offer. The outside bar and Pool house are exquisite. The pool was bustling with excitement. Our waiter, Andrew, was polite and helpful . I highly recommend coming to The Rockaway Hotel because their staff is highly professional and attentive.”

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.”
