“In love. Everything is house made and fresh! Service is always a problem lately but they seem to have it down here at Gracie's! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Prices are higher but that's the price you pay for fresh, house made quality food. Definitely recommend!!“

“My dad's family has a shared house in Athens relatively close to here. And, they have been seasonal customers ever since it opened. It's a cute little shop, and it's convenient because there's barely anything around for miles. It's like a gift shop/toy store/penny candy/ice cream sort of place. It's always fun to go in and visit in the summers. Some things never get old..like sitting at the counter on the spinny seats or eating lemon flavored candy canes.“

“We stopped by this cool little cafe in Cairo on our way back home to NYC after a quick weekend in Windham. The people who work there are so warm and friendly.We ended up getting an iced latte and some of their delicious pastries, the chocolate croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and a pack of their salted chocolate chip cookies.They were kind enough to include a small madeleine on top of my latte. Everything tasted so good, it’s a shame they’re so far away. Definitely worth a stop if you’re ever in that area! :-)“

“I was away for the weekend with my wife in the area. I had heard so much about this place so I decided to give it a try. I assume the person that took my order was the owner and he was very friendly and pleasant. My sandwiches were made fairly quickly and I brought them back to where I was staying. We had two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on a bagel and they were wonderful and the coffee was delicious as well.“

“Came in for my grandmas 90th desperately needing cupcakes, when I brought them into the hospital where both my grandparents were fighting illness, they both said they were the best they’d ever had. “Le Perche is a little French restaurant tucked away in Hudson. They have a few tables outdoor (which is great during the summertime) and several tables indoor including counter top. There were also tables in the back patio that were enclosed when I visited with heat lamps and honestly, the set up made it so cute. Our server was David and he was an absolute gem, constantly checking up on us and making sure everything was great. Our group ordered quite a bit of things but some notable standouts were the tivoli mushroom toast and the mussels which had this sweet and spicy sauce with a slice of bread soaked underneath all that goodness. I would have preferred the slice of bread on the side to dip but delicious regardless. Get the focaccia and their croissants as well. Croissants were flaky and super buttery. Fries are also fried so perfectly with aioli so highly recommend that as well. I'll be back again next time for sure!“
