Honor your coupons! Mgr admitted one particular coupon (1 of 20 in circular) was not scanning properly, so she's not honoring it. This was after she claimed it is only valid on 10/28/18. When I pointed out that is the expiration date (she blatantly lied to my face), then she said it's not her problem. Well, who's problem is it? Not mine! Beware: Make sure you ask and review your receipt. My daughter was charged $50 for a $5.14 purchase. The manager was rude and unhelpful and thought the situation was funny. First they basically said that the purchase did not take place at that location until my daughter showed them the debit transaction and after he supposedly attempted to check the video cameras to make sure that my daughter was at the store. Dunkin' is a welcoming spot for breakfast, with staff providing excellent service. The team is attentive to orders, and even the younger staff members are learning to provide great service. While occasional mistakes can happen, the disposition of the staff makes a big difference in the overall experience. On busy days, the staff remains patient and friendly, making it a great spot for families. The service is wonderful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome.
