The girls are kind of rude I prefer the valley stream location they're always patient even if it gets busy. Also there should be a visible sign letting customers know that they are not accepting cards. Oh and we weren't given spoons or napkins. Meh.
5/24/17First time visiting Ralph's this year. Quality is still very good ...... but DAMN, their prices went up (I guess that's pretty much everywhere these days).Plenty of flavors to choose from, both cream-based and water-based with quite a few sugar free options if that's what you're into. They also have soft serve ice cream as well as hard ice cream. It's family friendly, mostly high school girls working the counter who are usually very pleasant. We love Ralph's Ices but this particular store is down right disgusting!!! My wife and i can't stand to go in there. It's so filthy. They haven't mopped the floors in years. They only mop the middle of the floor and they don't even sweep it first. All the tables and chairs are always filthy. This is a store that sells sweets.
