“Not sure why these other reviews care what the store looks Like seriously? Your not eating the store your getting ice cream to go..Sounds like a bunch of "Karen's" ( like omg) for sure don't like it there don't go!Ice cream is the best around I couldn't care if it was on a stand outside get it go home and eat it..Guys trying to make a living!“
“I'm so sad that I didn't get the name of the man who helped me, but I asked them if they had coconut he said coconut shavings ONLY, no ice cream. HOWEVER, this young man went above and beyond and gave me coconut shavings, vanilla ice cream, coconut shavings, and then the cookie dough pieces I had asked for as well. He even said it himself "sorry I went a little overboard" there's no such thing! He was relatively tall about 5"10 to 6'0 maybe and he had curly hair. He was very nice and had energy, he clearly liked being there and people like that deserve recognition!!! Bravo to this man for making my headache go away with this bad boy! He even put it in a larger cup so that it wouldn't make a mess! A lot of people in the food industry don't care, but he did--does! Give that man a raise!“
“5/24/17First time visiting Ralph's this year. Quality is still very good ...... but DAMN, their prices went up (I guess that's pretty much everywhere these days).Plenty of flavors to choose from, both cream-based and water-based with quite a few sugar free options if that's what you're into. They also have soft serve ice cream as well as hard ice cream. It's family friendly, mostly high school girls working the counter who are usually very pleasant. There are a few tables to sit at at this particular location, and there's a bench outside.A classic summer time after dinner treat.“
“Been to this location twice. Last time I arrived 12 mins before closing & they said they were closed, but I saw another review say the same thing happened to her! This location is obviously good for that. Then the worker told me they’re open for 12 hours a day.. OKAY AND? lol hours are hours. I just wanted to satisfy my craving“

“Once I tried crumbl while away I've been hooked. Been to this location 2x and safe to say I'm addicted! It smells amazing when you walk in! You can order on the app for pick up. Cookies are always fresh and the workers are friendly.“
“Great little local ice cream shop! We stopped in on an unseasonably hot October day to get cones. Rainbow sherbet and chocolate chocolate chip both hit the spot.Good value for the cones and the ice cream was good. One thing I wish they had would be tables or benches.Kid-friendliness: A very kid friendly establishment, although there’s no customer bathroom inside or seating.“
“This place is a hidden gem and features some of the best ice cream/ gelato I've ever had on Long Island. I got the campfire crunch swirly, and it was delicious. Ice cream was super cremy and fresh, and they put the perfect amount of blended toppings in the swirly. The shop featured about 20 gelato flavors to choose from and also had a nice expresso bar/candy station in the back. The service was nice and friendly.Overall, this place is a must try!“
“First time here wanted to know what the hype was about, got a 4 pack.2 chocolate chip... good though chips didn't taste like semi sweet, they were sweet.1 donut.... good...tasted just like a melted donut1 brownie, good. They are good cookies, limited on base choice as the others selections are toppings on the base.Crunchy on the edges, top, bottom and moist in the center. Very addictive. They hold up well in the freezer and can be eaten straight from the freezer as it doesn't turn into a brick. It's a 5 dollar cookie which is too expensive to enjoy frequently.Parking: Its located in a strip mall“
