“The store looks great! We saw it while randomly driving around. We LOVE milkshakes as a family and these did not disappoint. We got the Oreo G, Takes two to Mango, Peanut Butter & Jelly and Reese's. They were all delicious and the return cup policy is great! We will definitely be back. Also the customer service was so friendly and helpful!!“
“Beautiful place, welcoming, bright and colourful, discovered by chance whilst walking, excellent for a snack with the children. A corner of Italian authenticity, the ice cream is delicious, with traditional and tasty flavours. If you want to drink a real espresso or a real cappuccino you won't be disappointed!“
“A great cafe off the beaten path. Wonderful gelato, espresso, and service. Atmosphere was very minimalistic but out was perfect stop for our family after a day of activities. Coffee for the adults and ice cream for the kiddos. They even sell alcohol.Parking: Parking is in the back of the cafe“
“In Niagara Falls for a few days staying near Clifton Hill and wanted something other than Starbucks or Timmies. Found this little gem of a place in old downtown Niagara that I don't think most tourists venture to - tasty espresso, yummy treats!, and the owner (son of the original owners) was one of the nicest people I've ever met in Niagara. My new go-to for coffee here for sure!“
“Great chocolate! Beautiful, display, store and factory. Huge selection. This was an experience. Lots of fun. They've got dining in. Lots of seating. Lokked like a cafe separate but adjacent to the store and factory. TVs, a fireplace. Stunning architecture at the Wurlitzer in North Tonawanda. Plenty of parking. Very well managed. Outstanding service. On top of all that there's beer breweries on both sides of the store. It's really amazing!“
“This is simply some of the best gelato available anywhere. Carlotta has developed a painstakingly detailed process to make gelato that is rich, creamy, tasty, and simply delectable. There are many unique flavors and all of the staples, with products sourced from around the world to meal great gelato. eg. the Alphonso Mango flavor is derived from mangoes imported from Mumbai, India! Skip any of the other gelato and ice cream in NOTL and go to one of Carlotta's two locations! You will not be disappointed.“
“If you are in Canada and you want a local Canadian dessert pastry, you definitely need to get a Beavertail. Basically just a elephant ear with yummy stuff on top. I got one with Nutella and Banana and one called a MEHple which was covered in Canadian made maple syrup.“
“One of the best places to go in Chippawa! Ice cream flavours in the summer are neat. And the fall/winter offers keep growing. Subs and soups are so yum and a great price. Staff is always friendly. The owner is great. Not only does she runs. Great business and create jobs, but she’s always giving back to the community ❤️If you haven’t been. You definitely need to try. If you have this is your sign to go back.“
“This place has a distinct homey & retro vibe to it.Very good value for the price. We went to a Friday fish fry. The meal comes with ice cream. They have an ice cream counter with a large selection and very generous portions. They have whole, strawberry and chocolate milk which come in old fashioned clear glass dairy bottles. Very cool. This is strictly order at the counter and pickup your food when your name is called. They do a huge takeout business, at least for the fish fry, so all meals (even dine in) come in takeout containers. The quad tables are quite small, really only large enough for 2. The tables are quite close together. If you're looking for a dining experience, this is not your place. But if you're looking for really good food at good prices with a friendly atmosphere, this is your place. It's clearly a local favorite; it was packed when we went there at 5:30pm on a Friday night.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs available“
“This was one of the most substantial and well adorned funnel cakes I've had. We shared between three (and put up the white flags) - could easily share between 5-6 in all honesty. Recommend (though not for diabetics or those with cardiometabolic syndrome)“
“Beautiful gelateria and caffetteria ORIGINALE italiana!!5 star to the food, price (very good promotion coffe + pastries), and Elisa the waitress was very kindThe espresso was creamy and sweet without adding sugar as it should be, the croissant with pistacchio was our favourite but also the fried bombolone (doughnut filled with custard cream) was superlativeWe also buy their pistacchio and chocolate cremes to reproduce their sweet to our home ☺️“
“100% YES!!!!Best sub I’ve ever had in the Niagara region.Very affordable considering the cost of food in 2024.Freshly made, very friendly, absolutely stacked with toppings and meats. She knew all her regulars names and what they wanted. A short wait as it was a one lady show and she had 3 people ahead of me waiting but it’s definitely worth the extra 5 min. Absolutely will be back with my family and friends.“
“I had heard about cows for many different media outlets, and I decided to try it for myself for the first time. My first impressions of the area it is quite nice and it is located on Niagara on the lake. Overall, the store has nice merchandise and different types of branding outlets, which are very unique and offer a variety of different things from T-shirts cups mugs. Whatever you can think of they will have it branded with their own little twist to it.When it comes to the actual ice cream part, it is a little bit overpriced, but the flavours and the quality of the ice cream are very high and I definitely will be coming back to try out their other flavours that they do have. There are other gelato options in the area which are more higher quality but if you are looking for the novelty feel, and want to try a variety of flavours then definitely come here.Overall I would give this place a five star just for the uniqueness but the day I did go it was packed. There were so many people there and service was very slow. Took about 10 to 15 minutes just to get to the front of the line and I can realize that there is a certain hype surrounding this place , but I will be back.“
“They may not have the usual burgers and fries, as they're not your typical DQ Grill and Chill store, but rest assured, their hotdogs and pretzels are a gastronomic delight. The iconic Blizzard treats, a heavenly concoction, are a must-try. Their employees are not just friendly but go above and beyond, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!“
“No visit to Niagara on the lake is complete without visiting Nina. The croissants are melt in your mouth. Other pastries and baked goods are super delicious. The strawberry and pistachio gelato were awesome. Our other favourites are the Banana loaf, and shortbread cookies. The service here is warm and always welcoming. Bravo?“
“Busy place on a holiday weekend evening! So pleased they have lactose-free selection of soft serve in 9 flavors, which I could choose one for my root beer float. Been craving a root beer float for over a week. Mission accomplished. Line flowed smoothly. Person wiped tables clean for the incoming mass of customers.“
“We visit CC Swirls regularly. It's not cheap, but it is delicious and always a fun experience. We've never had any issues here, but on our last visit, Quinn was working and he was especially good. We had never seen him in there before, but he was very helpful and friendly. He fixed a machine that needed an adjustment, he patiently helped someone that was new to the experience, he took a group photo for us, and just generally stayed busy cleaning and helping people. We were impressed. Keep up the good work, Quinn! I'm sure we'll see you again.“

“My first time visiting this place. The flavor choices are interesting and very good. I was told that some of the flavors might change almost daily. This creates a fun challenge to try outside the box of the usual chocolate and vanilla tradition. The frozen custard is very creamy and tasty. *Be prepared for a quick melting though. That's another challenge.“
