The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Every time I go I feel like I am visiting my friends. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The energy drinks and protein shakes all taste delicious. Their protein waffles are amazing! They do not have that weird protein taste that some other protein waffles do. My only wish is that they open earlier.
Very friendly owner, healthy delicious drinks perfect for pre or post workout or just as a healthy treat. The variety in flavors is great too. You will definitely find one you like. I had the Oreo protein shake and it was very good, filling and left me feeling great after a hard workout.
