I usually don’t leave reviews, but there was a lot going on here. I guess everything piles down to bad management because the workers were like robots, they were only doing some thing when they’re told. I hate the fact they were sweeping the floor when it was busy. The manager told the girl to help, she just put the broom right behind her against the back prep area. She didn’t even change her gloves, she just starts handling food. Then the guy that was slicing started sweeping. When the girl ask for more vinegar He just leaves the broom right on the side of the open container of bacon. The waiting time to get toppings was not necessary. I guess it was the manager at the register, he was telling the workers what to do was supper nice. When it came down to the toppings the workers need to stop counting the how many pieces of pickles onions and jalapeños they put on the sandwiches.. It was not worth a the price.

Expect to wait! understaffed,gonna wait for a while,they never pick up the phone,obviously cause their understaffed,and are kinda slow taking your order,sometimes undersupplied,with the drinks in the freezer,good luck!at least my sandwiches are made the right way?♂️

This is the slowest and most mismanaged Jersey Mike’s location in the area. Placed an online pickup order at 12:27 and waited another 40 minutes in the store for them to make my sandwich, but only after getting on line to ask them to make it.Do yourself a favor and either give them an HOUR lead time if you place an online order or go to another location. It would be faster to go to the Farmingdale location and back than to come here.
Jersey mikes is by far the best hero place I have ever tasted. Besides cutting your cold cuts in front of u , so no old cold cuts that was already sliced. He also knows how to hire the best most polite & fastest kids I have ever seen. Customers come first at Jersey mikes!!! I go there once a week even though breaking my diet. Sometimes twice a week because I can't resist. Please keep up the good work Mike. U have them all beat!!!Joann , thank u. & please people tip them kids they de service it. Tip means to insure proper service & u sure get it from Jersey Mikes!!!!

Store manager taking his sweet time per usual, me and another person came in to pick up a DoorDash and they yet to start the orders, my mother came in and waiting 10 minutes I then came in to take her place and I waited another 10 minutes for one sandwich that they were not urgent to make, along with the other customers order which they also were not putting in the speed to make, i was standing in the front for about 5 minutes before even being greeted or asked what I was there for

Came to jesey mike for lunch 30min break waited almost 24 minutes for a number 26 atleast 5 to 6 patrons came and left having sandwiches made and going about their day i over heard what may have been the supervisor or lead on duty say the sandwich should take 2 minutes well sir mines did not for what ever reason so yeah 1

We ordered via Uber eats. The sandwich was huge. From the bread to the meat to the toppings absolutely fresh. The oil and vinegar delicious. And each hero was only $10. Definitely will order again
