“They're so Chinese, you play a guessing game placing the order when they repeat it back to you.... But they never miss a beat! Except fortune cookies, seems every order they haven't been in the bag. The food is delicious, and worth it. Packaging is a step up and makes a world of a difference! Love it love it love it.“
“This was our first time here and definitely not our last!! This place was amazing!! Joy was serving my husband and I. She is so attentive and so friendly. We had the vegetable spring rolls to start then which were great then my husband ordered the Masaman Curry and he loved it. I had the Amazing Rama with no tofu and was so pleased with this dish. We both had the coconut juice which was so deliciuos!! Everything is fresh made. We will definitely be coming back.. Thank you for such a great experience:)“
“This place was very cute. Food was delicious . The only down side is that it was very tiny and it was cold outside when we went so every time the door opened we felt the cold air which kind of ruined the atmosphere. Aside from that service was good and food was good. Definitely a place to take cute pictures.“
“My go to take out and Thai food place close to home.Reasonably priced but still consistently fresh. The Curry dishes and Tom Kah and Tom Yam soups are our favorites. There are other Thai places in the area but either overly expensive for not much better or inexpensive not constant or fresh.Green Thai is one of our favorites. The employees are very attentive and pleasant. They are celebrating their 14 year anniversary and have 10% off the entire check for the rest of 2023.Can’t wait to dine here again soon.“
“I took my friend who’s been to Thailand before here, and he said that it was some of the most authentic Thai food he’s had outside woodside-elmhurst. I recommend the spring rolls, fried snapper with basil sauce, drunken noodles, crispy basil pork belly, palm juice, pumpkin custard, Tom yum, massaman curry, and fried banana. The people are very friendly too, and take the time to help newcomers get acquainted with Thai cuisine.“
“Went for a birthday celebration. The food was tasty and not overly priced. Our server was also the owner and the chef's husband. He is definitely the conversational type when he has down-time which we liked. My mom doesn't eat meat and went with the mock-duck, which she enjoyed.I ate the drunken noodle [actual] duck dish which was delicious. Spiciness made to request.I recommend parking in the rear, not on the street out front.Vegetarian options: Meatless dishes available, "mock" items also available.Wheelchair accessibility: One in our party uses a wide wheelchair. He had to get up for us to get it through the door, but it seemed like a regular sized one would have no problem. Bathroom is also on the same level, and sizable if I remember correctly.“
“A little newcomer, Thai place in the strip mall next to The Orient in Bethpage. The food was shockingly good! Every dish was done right but the stars were definitely the chicken Tom Kha & the Ribeye over drunken udon noodles, perfect texture. I love Thai Iced Tea! It's never enough. Secret......ask for the Monster Thai Iced Tea. Service with a smile deserves the extra star!!“
“Unbelievable Thai food. My favorite Thai food on Long Island. Have been coming here for over 20 years. It's disappointing that it is more take out than restaurant, but the food is incredible. Very reasonable prices. I recommend Bag of Gold and Curry Puffs for appetizers. Basil chicken or any curry.“
“We love this place and eat here about every other week. The combination of the food, service and the laid-back atmosphere makes this place a home run. (I've had better Thai food, but not around here!) Their entrees are VERY reasonably priced and the servings are nice portions. My daughter loves the Drunken Noodles and my wife's favorite is the Pad Thai. I prefer the curry's and also love the spicy shrimp with string beans and jasmine rice. The waiter is so nice and attentive. We never feel rushed or ignored. We've had most of the appetizers and really loved the fried calamari with the Thai sauce. The spring rolls are also excellent. The duck pancakes were good as are ALL the dumplings! The chicken satay was dry and I just wasn't a fan of the Indian bread. And don't forget the green tea or one of the special Thai teas to go along with your meals.“
“The weather was just Peeerrrrfect to enjoy delicious Thai food!!Went to Lemon Leaf in Hicksville with family - it is one of our favorite joints - the food is tasty, service is quick and the ambiance is very homely. We like to start of with the Tom Yum soup & chicken satay, but this time we also ordered Thai fried shrimp with walnut - they had some sort of sweet sauce on top - it tasted different, but in a good way!!Main course usually is Panag Curry ( so tasty, so so tasty...) Basil Chicken, String Beans with shrimp, Chicken fried rice, Pad Thai... every dish was made to perfection!Thank you Lord!!“
“Food was great. I ordered ahead and dined in during lunch. The price for the amount of food is amazing given the rising costs with everything. I had a General Tso chicken with brown rice and a side of hot & sour soup. It warmed me right up and I was on my way. The food was fresh and hot! I will return soon for the Thai menu items! :“
“I know I’m going to regret this. Nothing good comes from giving a restaurant a rave review, and, of course, the next time I order, I will be told that I have hours to wait to get my order because they’re too busy, but…I just can’t help it.It’s that phenomenal.I had almost given up ever having the kind of amazing Chinese food I had when I was a kid.You all know. Sunday night with the parents. You meet your aunts, uncles and cousins at the local chop suey place, and everything was so good, you’re licking your fingers in the car the whole way back to Canarsie. After jumping from one bland tasteless Chinese take-out to another, all the same dull, half burned spare ribs, soggy eggroll filled with cabbage, over salted wonton soup where you need a miners pick to find the meat in the dumpling, it happened. Now, I need to preface this review with the fact that we’ve only had delivery, never eaten in, but what we’ve had…omg! The Mmm factor is so high, that we actually moan and groan as we eat.I mean, we sat down, turned on Jeopardy, and were ready for a boring meal from just another dive, when it happened!!“Paul? Did you taste the spare rib? Paul!!”“Shush…I think I died and went to heaven!”“How’s the soup?”“I think they made a mistake. This wonton is full of meat!”“You won’t believe this!! The eggroll crunches…it crunches! There’s no grease dripping out of it…there’s meat in it!!“Gimme that! You’re lyin….OMG!”Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus!!Everything was fresh, delicious and came…get this…sit down…ready?…came hot!!The place is on Hicksville road…we’re a good 15 minutes at least, away…and it was hot!We dove through our order!! C’mon!! Isn’t anything going to be bland?? Greasy? Tasteless? Again! OMG!Well, after you’ve read through my raving, I guess I have to tell you the name of this Utopia…you’ve been patient, deserving…but if I have to wait hours for my next order…the onus will be on you!!The food is beyond delicious! Everything from even the old standard, chicken chow mein, to new stuff, such as eggplant in garlic sauce, is outstanding…yes, I know, the name…New King Dragon…on Hicksville Road in Massapequa…and as Ray Malland said in the Lost Weekend…I know I’m going to hate myself in the morning.Enjoy!! I know you will.Vegetarian options: Vegetables are crisp, fresh and delicious.“
“I was meeting an old friend for lunch and we settled on another place in Massapequa. Fortunately, that other place wasn't open for lunch so we tried this establishment. This was probably the best drunken noodle dish I've ever had. I had it with fried tofu, and although i would've enjoyed it a bit spicier I absolutely loved it. My friend was thrilled with her meal too. The woman working was very pleasant and accommodating with our orders. I don't live nearby, but I will be ordering take out from here in the near future.“
“Very solid local Chinese and Thai takeout option. We ordered a number of plates to share for a work lunch. The chow fun was awesome, all the fried rices were top notch. The pad Thai was the only thing that was ok. Everything else hit the spot for Chinese takeout. I'll be back!“
“My friend was in the mood for an Indian, chicken and rice dish. There's no Indian restaurants near us so I suggested we find a Thai place. We decided on Thai Basil Lindenhurst.Food:We ordered the curry samosas, and vegetables chicken dumplings as an appetizer. The chicken and vegetable dumplings were delicious. The veggies gave them a nice crunch and the chicken was seasoned well. The coating on the samosas was too airy. You could tell they weren't homemade. The filling was lacking potato. The samosas were the only food i wasn't crazy about.I ordered the Garlic Chicken entree. The spice was perfect. Decent amount of chicken. I don't like mushrooms, but whatever they did to cook them dried them out a bit and made them slightly chewy, but in a good way. I enjoyed them. A lot of bamboo shoots. I mixed my rice in and it made it even better.Service:The service was okay. The staff was friendly. Food came out fast and correct, but we had to call someone over for a water refill and for the check. If we didn't we would've been there a while. Otherwise, no issues.Atmosphere:The restaurant was quiet, but kinda boring. There's a lot of space and it looks clean. Its just kinda empty. They could do more to decorate and it would go a long way.Overall, I definitely want to try more dishes and I'm looking forward to coming back“
