My daughter and I was there Friday 3/8/24, she wanted donuts and hot cocoa before going to school. When we arrived there was one person ahead of us in line. We patiently waited for our turn but that took a while to come. Came to this Dunkin 2/1/24 the guy at the drive thru, his headset seemed not to be working, not sure if he was intentionally trying to ignore me just because I was African decent. When I pulled up to the window I caught him counting multiple twenties at the register and shoving them into his pocket. I seriously hope he goes to jail after that reckless mess!

As im waiting for my order off coffee im writing this review. No matter what time you come here, the workers here always have an attitude. I come to this dunkin because its on my way to work. At this point a rather pass work and go to a different dunkin. Horrible customer service. New employees is needed!!
