Atmosphere is your normal Dunkin' Donuts the food is okay sort of thrown together customer service is medium to slow no matter how busy or slow it is but as far as coffee I can see why a lot of people like it but I am a Starbucks fan always
As im waiting for my order off coffee im writing this review. No matter what time you come here, the workers here always have an attitude. I come to this dunkin because its on my way to work. At this point a rather pass work and go to a different dunkin. Horrible customer service. New employees is needed!!

My daughter and I was there Friday 3/8/24, she wanted donuts and hot cocoa before going to school. When we arrived there was one person ahead of us in line. We patiently waited for our turn but that took a while to come. The cashier April literally called customers that were standing behind us up to get service before completing the customer before us order and taking ours. When April finally completed the customer ahead of us order instead of waiting on us she disappeared in the back so long that eventually another cashier came up to help us, as if Apirl sent her because she didn’t want to wait on us. April finally came from the back after 3-5mins by then the new cashier gave us our donuts but not my daughter’s hot cocoa. We had to wait another 5mins or so before someone else working there noticed that we were not being helped and offered to get the hot cocoa for us. My 11year old daughter asked me after”Mom do you think the woman treated us like that because we are BLACK?!” She asked that because every customer that April took before us was not “Black”. It was by far the worst experience ever! And my daughter had to experience racism which was very hurtful because I’ve told her that we can be friends with anyone NO matter their race as long as they are respectful and kind to us. The way she treated us makes me never want to support another Dunkin Donut ever again!

Came to this Dunkin 2/1/24 the guy at the drive thru, his headset seemed not to be working, not sure if he was intentionally trying to ignore me just because I was African decent. When I pulled up to the window I caught him counting multiple twenties at the register and shoving them into his pocket. I seriously hope he goes to jail after that reckless mess!

In regards to the drive through for Dunkin Donuts the guy has us waiting for over 30 minutes because his headset didn't seem to be working. Then i tried to use my points for a free medium coffee with a purchase through September and he told me I could not use it. So I had to travel a few miles down to a different Dunkin just to use it. I would never in my life, even if this was the only Dunkin in the world go back here

Woman that checked us out in the morning was nuts. Rude and nasty as hell and never even drank my coffee because it tasted like hot water. It’s like… I’m sorry you’re miserable at your job lady, I don’t like my job either but don’t take your attitude out on me and act like I’m inconveniencing you. Not going here again, it sucks.

Super slow service. The guy mixes the entire order up (and it's a simple one, believe me). Not personable at all. More like a drone. Super small avocado toast. Will never order from them again.

Awful service every time. Been coming here for two years and only go back due to the convenience. The staff is rude and they are very slow. After today I’ll certainly start going elsewhere.
Slowest ever. Don't take one order til the other is full. Literally 10-15 minutes MINIMUM if more than 2 cars. Makes no sense. It's quicker to drive to next Dunkin 10 mins outta way than it is to wait here.

This location is so bad when it comes to bagging and assembling an order!! Every time order from Grubhub they forget my donuts!! MY DONUTS how can you forget what made y’all famous?? Ontop of that I they just gave me a croissant instead of my sourdough!! I tried calling 4 times and no one answered! Don’t order from this location If you have no patience or anything. Thanks Dunkin on Buckley!!! LERAN HOW TO READ THE SCREENS!!

I stop here everyday on my way to work. So why the 1 ⭐? Well. It's horribly slow. Legit 4-5 cars in drive thru will cause a 20-25 min wait. I personally don't understand it. Are they understaffed? No clue. It's just unacceptable really, and I've started going to other locations, out of my way, cause it legit takes less time

Been here dozens of times because of my husbands work being down the road and no matter what no matter how I ask for my coffee it's never right. I can go anywhere else and it's just how I order it but this is the only dunkin that decides they don't know how to read a ticket and make anything right I would avoid this location completely!
