So usually I don't post stuff like this but this happens at Tim's allover the area Buffalo and surrounding areas like no joke when it's not busy how hard is it to wait an extra 10 seconds to actually toast something like seriously tho take an Xtra few seconds to make something right lol end rant peace

Very unprofessional! Go here three four times a day , make my coffee wrong e and won't replace. I order extra large instead they hand me a small after they remake. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN ! I think they need ALL NEW EMPLOYEESI will drive 5 extra miles to givey money to a better serviced coffee shop !
