“While not a perfect location, this in my opinion is one of the better Tim Hortons in Lockport. I consistently get breakfast wraps from Tim Hortons and this one usually gets it right the most. Unfortunately, like any fast food place you go to, trash in the drive thru, and customers seem to think they have cart blanche to behave like complete swill. But I digress. Jules on sandwich station means your food should come out correctly.“
“Overall I’m usually very satisfied when I come to time hortons. But my last visit was horrible. Not only was the wait long but the after I was done with my drink I opened the cup bcs it tasted a. It funny. And they’re was stuff IN my drink. It was a water and they’re we’re black and brown specks floating around and stuck to the cup. It looked as if the cup was dirty before hand.“
“There are two i frequent. One in Albion and one in Brockport. I rank Brockport a 3 and Albion a 5 due to Brockport location not being consistent on the quality or taste or service where as the Albion location delivered more and when the wrong coffee was given, they corrected it with a smile.“
“This place is my go to stop every morning. The older lady at the window is so polite and friendly and always provides immaculate service and shows great hospitality! The whole team is very understanding and professional. They always have whatever I want to eat or drink and if they don’t have it they always go out of their way to offer to make it fresh to order. This location is always very clean and tidy and very presentable. The coffee is always very hot and fresh. Stop by here for some fresh coffee and amazing service you won’t regret it!“
“The service from the front desk was excellent. Her name is DEE. She was very good communicative and also a server, provided the breakfast for my family fairly quickly. Restroom ? was little bit on colder side but clean. I’m not from the neighbourhood, and came here first time but had positive vibes from the team working here. “So, let's be clear. I ordered a hot chocolate, but deep down, I really wish they offered like medium chocolate. Like who wants to wait an hr to drink hot chocolate. Like you could have cold chocolate for the weak of heart. Medium chocolate for the normally people that enjoy there chocolate beverage and hot chocolate for the people with no souls who have zero taste buds left. Meh what do I know though...“
“I ordered two large coffee, one with milk.... They both came with milk... I thought the other would be black as I didn't order it with anything added. One and a half miles away I discover the mistake... I guess they need to be told "black". The pretzel bagels were good.“
