“Great Customer Service. Coffee always tastes great and they actually fill the cup all the way to the top. An XL coffee is more than $3. Sometimes I go to other locations and it's filled like 80% of the way lol This location is always on point“
“First time trying Tim Hortons since they don't have one near our place. We stopped by in the morning while leaving Niagara falls. They have very good drinks and coffees. We tried the hashbrowns and bagel and they were tasty. Overall we enjoyed our experience.“

“This was a good experience. So much so that we went 2 out of 3 days on our trip. The lines move fast and the food is made rapidly. Everything was good. We were able to get a table each day by basically spreading out and grabbing one as soon as it opened. Staff were rarely on the floor so we cleaned our own table.Vegetarian options: Can easily customize sandwiches without meat.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids including breakfast sandwiches and pastries.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to enter and there's an elevator down to the restrooms.“

“One thing this Tim Hortons (5551 Murray St. NF) does really well is their potato wedges.I have lost track of the number of times, from other locations, that the potato wedges are almost inedible because they are overcooked!Never once from this location.I know it seems like a small thing, but I really like the potato wedges with my chili.“
“Located in the food court area of the casino. I accessed this location from the rear of the casino (part of the casino that faces the river). Very busy and had to wait in line each time I went. The line went quick though. The staff was friendly and efficient getting me my orders. The food court seemed clean but I did not stay and eat there.“
“My first time at Tim Hortons. It was a great experience. I love their sandwiches for breakfast. I love the extra treat of getting a donut or some sort of pastry. Coffee was extra hot which I'm not too crazy about but it did eventually cool down and I was able to drink it. But overall great experience. I would definitely go back again which we did. My son enjoyed their coffee too. Will someday return. Thanks!“
“We ordered a coffee, which was good. The staff member who served us was friendly. However the staff behind the counter were very loud.. laughter is good, but should be muted and not take over the place.. people purchase food and drinks to relax .. otherwise, the venue is attractive and was clean. A good addition to available Tim Horton's venues!“
“They used to be a lot faster until they did their renovations. Their staff is gone downhill to I was in the Drive-Thru in the girl taking my order screwed it all up because she was talking on her cell phone. They used to have a real good manager I don't know what happened to him but they should bring them back.“
“For a year and 4 months I’ve gone nearly everyday to this location, usually early in the mornings when I couldn’t sleep while pregnant or with my newborn, although not always perfect they’ve been consistent with fixing issues I’ve had. Lana who makes the food in specific is amazing, quick to put food together, consistent and the same every time I order when she’s working.Kid-friendliness: Staffs kind to kids, patient when letting kids order, lots of kid’s options food wise.“

“Okay listen It's probably just a me thing but I do have witnesses, Litterally every other tim hortons around here has given me hot water. Even in a group of people that all got hot chocolate I managed to he served hot water while they got their hot chocolate perfectly.This is the only tim hortons that has never failed me with getting hot chocolate.“
