“Great Italian deli. Good for lunch but if I had one complaint is that they give you way too much food! When we get this at work for lunch, I have to plan it as a two day meal. But I will say, their catering blows away any other catering place. You order a tray of chicken francaise or parmigiana and you get more chicken than you could ever expect. They do not short change you on the amount of food they give you. But add to that, it's outstanding! The catering here is unbeatable! Trust me when I tell you, next family party, get it catered here. “So we threw a party at our home last weekend 8/13/22. I ordered 2 three foot wedges one was a turkey club the other was pepperoni salami peppers and pesto mayo. They were so delicious and fresh and totally spot on. You must order from here. My guests asked where I got these and I gave them their number. So great. Amicis you’re the best!!!“

“This place has a great vibe as well as a great selection of food hot and cold. I went for a beef empanada and a turkey pepper jack cheese and honey mustard sandwich. The empanada was very flavorful and doesn’t need sauce. The sandwich had a great balance the bread was soft and the meat was savory the cheese was a perfect balance and the honey mustard is one of the best I have had in a long time.I highly recommend this spot.“

“My husband and I stopped here a couple weeks ago on a trip to visit family. I was 8 weeks pregnant at the time and struggling with morning sickness. I got a breakfast sandwich here and I have not been able to stop thinking about it since, it was that good. The bagel was fresh and toasted perfectly, the eggs were cooked to perfection, not burn even with a tiny about of runny yolk remaining. The bacon was melt in your mouth delicious without crumbling into your lap. My husband got a sub sandwich and he said it was better than his favorite deli from his hometown. I think we will make this a regular stop. I highly recommend.“

“Came on a weekday while waiting to get my car fixed - great selection, reasonable prices. Loved the Italian Combo - so much fresh meat, delicious peppers, strangely light (ended up eating eat over two days)! Also had the Chubby Chicken which was a little disappointing - pretty salty, a bit dry and bread to filling ratio was off. The cole slaw and rice pudding, though, were great - will def come back with an appetite and try the other delicious looking sandwiches!“

“Great tasting food, especially the chicken fingers, which is probably their best selling and most famous item. But they make great sandwiches and subs to order or from their list as well. In particular, their macaroni salad is great.Always busy, but never too long of a wait. They have a special line if you're just getting chicken fingers.“

“These guys delivered the goods. It was my mom's 98th birthday in Great Neck and I could be there due to ankle surgery in Florida. So I did the next next thing. I ordered from Kensington Deli in Great Neck and they really came through with the goods. My mom had enough left over for another 3 days. She had her fav, tongue on rye with spicy mustard. Half sour pickle, Cole slaw and a potato knish which she is saving because she was too full. She called me to thank me and to tell me how delicious it was and how big it was. “I found out about Karina's Deli from a friend of a friend who told me that he likes the food there. I live close by so I decided to try it last month. The place is on Maple Ave and close to the Westbury LIRR. When you walk in you see a bunch of different hot foods chilling there looking tasty. I got a large container ($7) and asked for yellow rice, plantains, and pork (I think it's pernil, but I could be wrong - see the pictures). With tax it came out to $7.60. I paid with credit card and left. I got home and started eating. Wow, it was amazing. First off, they packed a dump load of food in the container, which I really appreciated. The pork wasn't ultra soft, but felt apart decently well. It tasted so good and had some sort of crazy glaze to it that was so tasty. The pork is just crazy good; end of story. The rice and plantains were also ultra satisfying too. Nothing much to really describe but it complimented the pork about as well as possible. Hopefully I have consistently great experiences when I go back in the future. For now I think this is 5 star status for sure. My meal was immensely satisfying and the value is unbeatable. Punta Cana on Post Ave has amazing ratings that are well deserved, but I think this place might be better. Guess we'll see based on future visits.“

“Right across the street from the local 711. They have everything the 711 has except in some instances cheaper. There is never a wait and due to the fact that it is "mom and pop", they go out of their way to cater to your individual needs.“
