Horrible asked for ice cream they have me ice with the flavor that I wanted for ice cream . So gross I had to throw it out. It was iced ice cream not regular cream ice cream you would typically expect

Vicky, the owner called me back after several months of getting my refund....saying....you left your pudding there....so obvious....her guy put everything in a plastic bag at check out....except the pudding....he's the one who needs to check if the customer got all of her shopping in the bag before leaving the store...!!!

I just ordered a quart of my favorite ice from the nearby Ralph's Italian Ice shop for the first time. I was very disappointed when I got back to my house and opened the container to find a loosely packed container of ice. After pushing it down to see how much ice I got, I found that it only filled just over half of the container. A quart is not a suggested amount. It is a unit of measurement. When you order a quart of anything from anywhere you should get a quart. Lightly packing the pints, quarts or party buckets is robbery.

Very commercial ice cream place artificial color and artificial flavor looks like a deli
Maybe one in five times they get my order right. Mostly they don’t even scoop me the right flavor. Just to be clear i always get half lemon, half cherry not very hard to mess up. Also i have a nut allergy and i ask them to wash the scooper to which i am told yes and then i watch as they take the scooper out of the same place and don’t wash it. Now they raised the prices and put it in a smaller container. So $5 for a medium tonight that was literally 2 scoops of (take a guess) the wrong flavor. I only go there because they are up the block but i would rather go to the other side of town from now on.
