I really do enjoy going into this location. The staff is super friendly and fun to interact with and they make everything to perfection, but it is a busy location and that being said, I can’t remember a time when the place wasn’t extremely dirty. I get it, they’re really busy and need all the staff they have to be working on orders, but management needs to insist on more staff and do a better job of cleaning that place up. There's not enough good things I can say about our neighborhood Starbucks. I think my favorite part is how they hire people with disabilities and they're just as capable as everyone else. Fantastic! And great service and environment.

To the manager that dealt with the extremely rude customer demanding a power cord - you rock - customer was out of control and this individual remained calm, cool and collected offering the customer solutions.
