I love starbucks!!! But… i dont like how they put ice more than the coffee or any drinks. I wish they knew how expensive starbucks is to put only ice on their drinks. Im not sure if they standards for doing this. But every Starbucks i went is the same. Its not good! I bet if they put themselves into customers shoes they will be upset to get just iced over coffee. And yes i drink some of it but still the ice of this small coffee is too much!

I really do enjoy going into this location. The staff is super friendly and fun to interact with and they make everything to perfection, but it is a busy location and that being said, I can’t remember a time when the place wasn’t extremely dirty. I get it, they’re really busy and need all the staff they have to be working on orders, but management needs to insist on more staff and do a better job of cleaning that place up. While I’m happy to order from here, I certainly wouldn’t ever sit down or even think about using the restroom there.

Today I ordered 5 products, I paid for all my products to be size L and they arrived small and medium. They didn't put everything I paid extra for the cold coffee, it didn't come with whip cream, it didn't come with caramel sauce, one of the soft drinks came in a small size and the drink was diminished. All the products are bad. very bad uber dispatches.

There's not enough good things I can say about our neighborhood Starbucks. I think my favorite part is how they hire people with disabilities and they're just as capable as everyone else. Fantastic! And great service and environment.
To the manager that dealt with the extremely rude customer demanding a power cord - you rock - customer was out of control and this individual remained calm, cool and collected offering the customer solutions.

This was probably the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I really like it because the interior is different than any Starbucks I’ve been to. I love how it has two floorsThe only bad experience I had is when I came from the farmers market and placed down my bag, went to order, and then when I went back my bag was gone. I asked workers but nobody cared that much. I guess it doesn’t matter though because the drinks here are really good so yeahKid-friendliness: I would definitely get a small mocha Frappuccino with no caffeine for kids. it’s really cute and you can tell them it’s a frozen hot chocolate

my experience here was horrible. My friend asked to use her employee discount and the worker gave a nasty look and then asked rudely if she had an id, when she said she didn't the worker rolled her eyes and proceeded to say in a rude tone if she has any proof and when she showed her starbucks hours app she snatched the phone from her hand, another worker then came over and told us to get out of the store or put a shirt on mind you we are wearing tankinis and we are next to the beach
