Every single staff member is wonderful and I enjoy seeing them every morning! Not to mention, they were and continue to be there for us during a pandemic and they are ensuring to still go above and beyond for their customers. They deserve way more than five stars!!!!“
“Starbucks in Long Beach is a very friendly community driven place and I especially love it because my dog is allowed to come in and they give him free pop cups with the whip cream and he gets so excited to go with me. I can't say enough great things about this particular location“
“I really do enjoy going into this location. The staff is super friendly and fun to interact with and they make everything to perfection, but it is a busy location and that being said, I can’t remember a time when the place wasn’t extremely dirty. I get it, they’re really busy and need all the staff they have to be working on orders, but management needs to insist on more staff and do a better job of cleaning that place up. While I’m happy to order from here, I certainly wouldn’t ever sit down or even think about using the restroom there.“
