I had the BEST pizza I’ve ever had at Astoria Pizzeria!! The crust, the cheese, THE SAUCE. I’m very particular about sauce because it’s often too chunky, weird tasting or overpowers the other flavor. But at this pizzeria, they really nailed it!!! I’ve ordered here over the years but most recently I tried the vodka pepperoni made by the owner’s son and it exceeded all expectations!! Absolutely loved the cheese pizza! The crust was perfect – golden and just the right amount of crunch. A simple yet satisfying classic that hits the spot every time. Pure cheesy goodness in every bite!

If you're looking for a nice swanky atmosphere, give it 3 star. The pizza itself is great. I just went to their well known competitor up the block, paid more and felt the cheese was chewy and slice was greasy. Astoria Pizza's pie is nice and crispy and cheese nicely melted.
