Dunkin is my favorite coffee place. Unfortunately, nobody at this location knows how to process a gift card transaction.There's a lady there that will gaslight you and tell you your card doesn't work, even if you call to confirm there is money in it.As per the staff, the manager also has trouble with gift cards.They also have a hard time using the app rewards.The donuts and coffee are delicious, the service is terrible due to bad hiring and training.
Like a said before all are the same the difference is the staff some of them with great custumer service but the coffee a simple mix that can get bad or a bad custumer service and a great flavors the exact amount of sweet or the perfect toast on the breadLike this locationThey have a bad costumer service but they know what they are doing no to sweet no to simple the right amount
