So delicious. Super low key place, no frills. Came on a random Tuesday and while the place was somewhat empty, it was super cozy and inviting. Got the grilled octopus and souvlaki chicken plate with fries and salad. Staff was nice too and at the end of the meal we got a tiny piece of cake dessert that would pair well with coffee. Would definitely come back.
There’s a lot of Greek restaurants in Astoria. I’ve lived here for 14 years and I’ve been to them all! This is my go to spot. It’s not the “fanciest” but that’s part of its charm. The food is great with a great price and a free dessert at the end. Get a bunch of small plates and a Greek salad and share with your friends. Had a 'dinner' of appetizers here with the family. Something for everyone-from the vegan, the vegetarian, to the carnivores. We enjoyed the fava beans dish, loved the liver and sweet reads, and the meatballs. Atmosphere was quiet, and the spot is small, so for a larger group-we we're 5 people, I'd make a reservation. Food came out super fast, and the staff was very friendly. Next time we will try the dishes.
