Went downhill. Used to be our go to place. Food quality has gone downhill. Ordered tonight on Uber Eats and was missing 2 dishes. When I called, I was told to hold while the woman answered other calls and yelled. Had to call back and was told to call Uber, they would not help. Rude and terrible service.
They delivered to Long Island City which is great. Ordered the Four Seasons, Pork fried dumplings, Hot and Sour soup, Beef with Broccoli (pint sizes available) . Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! Time to deliver to LIC was about 45 minutes so consider the timing depending on where you live. Also need to mention when the food arrived the delivery guy said cash only and I met him with a credit card and a $10 tip. Ran upstairs and luckily I had cash in my wallet.

Food is alright but costumer service is horrible. Lady on the phone yells at you because you’re wondering where your order (placed over an hour and a half ago) is. Interrupts you and insults you when you just want to know what the hell is going on yet they wonder why there’s barely any costumers around… sucks.
