“This place is going to be a favorite of mine in 2024. I recently celebrated my birthday at Harrison during brunch. The service was exceptionally attentive and personal. The food was fantastic with ample portions with left-overs tasing just as good as when dined. The music was classic rock with a lot of great classic americana portraits and photos of nostalgia. The staff was particularly attentive to our needs and we never had to wait. I can't reiterate how impressed I was with this restaurant. I must also add that the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The Harrison is five stars.“
“George Martin The Original is an amazing restaurant with exceptional food and service. Parking can be tough in Rockville Centre but George Martin has plenty of parking in the back. The bar is very large with plenty of seating...regulars often eat at the bar to chat with people around them and the wonderful bartenders. Reservations are recommended especially during busy hours. My husband and I started with two signature drinks...coconut Margarita and French martini. One better than the other. We shared a wedge salad which was split in the kitchen and chopped. Delicious! We both had steak, my favorite is Skirt steak, his filet mignon. Both cooked perfectly to our liking...dessert was pecan pie sundae... yummy... The service is the best around...especially the manager Suzanne who walks around making sure everyone is happy...can be a bit loud but the energy is contagious....love it there and so will you“
“Many restaurants could learn a thing or two from Small Batch. Wonderful experience. Not only was the food fresh, inventive and meticulously prepared, but the staff was just lovely. Everyone was warm, not snobby, and went above and beyond to make my sister's birthday brunch enjoyable for my family. The food focuses on spotlighting the local ingredients and isn't overly fancy. My favorites were the hot fried chicken sandwich, the deconstructed eggplant parm appetizer, and the spaghetti with tomato sauce off of the kids menu (could have used a touch of salt but I think they underseasoned on purpose because it's for kids). The only dish that was pretty underwhelming was the shrimp and grits, which was kind of bland. The decor is also so tasteful and I felt transported to a fancy farmhouse somewhere on the coast of Rhode Island or something. I'll definitely be back!“

Con: > According to the menu, Each Entree was supposed to be accompanied by both a potato and a vegetable. This was not the case. They always attend to our needs and we can be needy at times with a fussy two year old. The food is always delicious and fresh. Atmosphere is perfection for mall dining. Our waiter Terry was personable and helped in guiding my friend and I through the menu. I had an Aviation to start which led to a second soon after. We shared the wild mushroom flatbread as an app, which was fabulous. I had the duck breast as my entrée, which was cooked to perfection and my friend loved her Seabass. Big Rangers bar and from the decor it also looks like a big Raiders bar as well...closing time says 11pm but that's not true, it's based on volume of people in the bar. “I recently visited this place when my brother and I could not get in afew days before. It is a good place with a few options, even though the menu is slightly limited. However, this more of a place to drink than eat. Only problem with this place is that it is only open 5 hours (5pm to 10pm) everyday sonforget about getting brunch or lunch. As a result of that prices are up a little. Overall though, it is a good experience. It is worth the visit.“

Perfectly balanced flavor and texture, and the cook on the Octopus itself was spot on. I would return just based on that alone. We had French onion soup which was very solid. Excellent fried chicken thigh sandwich. Good chicken quesadilla, and a really good short rib bolognese. Didn't love the pasta choice with that which was cavatelli. My personal opinion/preference would be a pappardelle or tagliatelle to make the short rib more of the star. The cavatelli was a little too dense and fought against the short rib. I've been coming to this place for several years now, and it's nice to have had one of the better meals I've had there this far into their run. Kudos to the kitchen and the front of the house.“

The pork chop, the steak and the halibut and everyone said it was amazing. Appetizers we ordered were also so yummy. the pierogi and the king pao combo. The only disappointment was there were only 3 shrimp and loaded with chicken. Delicious but would have preferred at least 2 more pieces of shrimp.“
