Despite other reviews I had zero problems with service. I was immediately greeted by a guy behind the counter when I walked in (looked to be an older higher schooler or younger college kid). He was attentive and helpful to my little girl. He even graciously allowed me to try two flavors when my original choice was sold out. Came to Ralph's after hearing positive things about this ice cream parlor. I ordered a doughnato. Which consisted of cookie dough bottom, topped with vanilla soft serve and a cookie dough scoop on top. Although I enjoyed it, its assembly was sloppy and that caused it to melt and leak all over the place. After fighting with it for a few min with napkins and an ice cream covered nose i was able to enjoy it. Lines were long to get inside and only two people were working so it moved...read full review
