Place looked clean and inviting. So ordered online for pickup. LG pizza 20 wings, tenders and fries and an order of fried dough. The timing of the order was off bc upon pickup it didn't seam like anyone knew where the pizza was, and then was told a few more mins. Ok np. Let me tell you about this pizza place in Marcy! They understand and get the concept of wowing a customer. I of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. This will probably be my longest review ever. I would like to start with the experience. We ordered our food online and thought all was well.
