“Wonderful! In the mood for a casual meal, we decided to try the bistro. We had been to the Bellmore location and were very pleased. The mushroom Bisque was excellent, the cauliflower appetizer was perfect, and the Loco Moco burger was wonderful. For dessert we had the brownie sundae and Bavarian crème churros. Outstanding! Service by Alison was amazing. Love this place!!!!“
“Excellent food! The New Zealand lamb chops are the best I ever had. The spinach and mashed potatoes were also excellent. The waitress came to us after 25 minutes and no one brought us the soup.What annoyed me was that I was charged a $2.00 "S/C: CC Fee" which the waitress couldn't explain. This was in addition to the credit card charge, which I was aware of.“
“I messed up. Hermanas has been open 4 years and I finally stopped in. To say the food is excellent is an understatement. I had the best Cuban sandwich in years. No place around matches this place. I even ordered another meal to take home!! Lauren made excellent drinks and was a pleasure to meet. Five stars are not enough!!“
“All 6 handrolls in the set menu (salmon, yellowtail, crab, spicy tuna, scallop and lobster) were so fresh and a fabulous combination of beautifully prepared fish and warm rice! The perfectly poached egg in the creamy mentai udon is the best mentai udon I have had- much lighter but more flavorful than what you would find in Japan Village. This restaurant belongs on St. Marks Place in the city! May is so sweet… definitely excited to bring friends and family back the next time around!“
“First time there and loved every bit of it.Loved the decor and live music. Our server ( sorry forgot his name ) was incredible. He brought over a tray of champagne for my wife’s birthday and knew I was Alcohol free one glass was Ginger Ale. Very nice touch for me . Food was great and very accommodating. “Absolutely delicious food, drinks and dessert! I had no clue this was only a mile away from me, but now that I know, I can’t wait to go back. Our waitress told us the chef changes the menu often, so I’m eager to see what other incredible things he cooks up!Only negative is the lack of parking, but we parked on the side street!“
“Met up with old friends and chose Off The Brook because we heard nice things and it was centrally located. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. We shared zucchini chip, burrata pizza, goat cheese and beet salad and eggplant meatballs. Everything was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive.“

Very nice staff...used to frequent their restaurant in Little Neck which was more pleasant to dine in and had a larger menu including sushi.“
“I loved my first experience at Vintage Bar and Bistro. The service is super fast and all the staff were very friendly. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and filling. I also liked that they had a lot of variety, including vegetarian options. There is also plenty of parking in the back, making Vintage easy to access and a wonderful overall experience. “I believe our servers name was Antonio. He was excellent! We had a few questions when ordering and he let us know that the mixed grill would take about 35-40 minutes. So we ordered that right away. There was four of us. We shared two pizzas. The one with fig and prosciutto was beyond delicious! Will definitely order again. I didn't try the other one, however it was pepperoni with hot honey, and our friends said it was very good. The mixed grilled was the perfect choice to sample a bunch of different meats. It was huge and a great value. There was lamb chops, sausage, steak, chicken thighs, and all cooked and seasoned perfectly. For sides we had the most amazing potatoes and brussels sprouts. We also shared eggplant meatballs, which were very tasty. Cocktails were to our liking, strong. My one friend who ordered wine. The manager Cathy came over to check in. She asked how the wine was and a moment later came back for my friend to try one she recommended. We were honestly blown away by the service. Cathy later came again to see how everything was and we happily told her excellent! I would honestly go back even if just for dessert. The fried little pieces of heaven in a bag with Nutella, caramel and chocolate sauce.... OMG! Oh course paired with an espresso martini. Overall wonderful experience and will certainly be back!“
“Went to the Cuban for a date with a smoking hot chick. The atmosphere was electric during the day, I can only imagine what it's like at night. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious too. We had the coconut shrimp, ropa vieja, and a salad. Will def be back.P.S - Valet parking is a must“
“Really kool, chill spot with lots of food and drink options, some light music playing in the background, everyone enjoying each other’s company. Really LOVED the Tinto Margarita, which is a mix of wine and margarita pretty much, loved the twist on it, had a few of those! ? Shared the delicious Italian board with my friend, who’s been here before, and absolutely loves it; she gets it every time! I would have to say the same! So good!Also loved the garlic shrimp in the tapas menu. We ordered the carbonara to share, though it was decent, could’ve had a little more flavor but overall okay.And our waitress Carmela, omg what a doll! So freaking adorable and friendly, giving us recs on what to order. She was so accommodating to us - we were there for almost 6 hrs just chatting away, ordering more drinks and food just the two of us, and she never rushed us to leave, which we appreciated! Because hey we needed our girl time! Lol. Would definitely return.“
