All I can say is AY DIOS MIOOOO!!WOW this brought me back to my island. The alcapurria was outstanding, empanadas perfections, sorrullos delicious, rice and beans yummy! Everything tasted like it was made with love. I am so happy I found a restaurant that really depicts what our islands flavor is made of.Ive been going to island empanada for many years, and decided to give this place a try and wow blew them right out the water! Will definitely order again???

I was recommended to this place by a coworker who lives near there! So, when I was in the area, I couldn't resist a chance to stop and try the empanadas that she raved about! Tried a few other items as well. The empanadas were very good and stuffed well, I only tried two different kinds one pernil, which was delicious, moist juicy meat, and the other was pastelon, which is meat mixed with sweet plantains, which is my favorite mix sweet and savory! That empanada was good a little different taste than I have had before. I also ordered something that not on the menu it was a sweet plantain, stuffed with chop meat and cheese,...and that blew my socks away. Perfect and delicious. I also tried a Puerto Rican stuffed rice ball that was also very good rice and cheese and chopped meat, and then fried with the crispy coating. Very very good!! I will definitely be back! Cute storefront and friendly great service cooked fresh to order!!
