“Ugh hate my fat fingers, should be 4 stars. Today was our first visit. We celebrate Palm Sunday with our married kids and grandkids. Very nice decor, all staff super friendly and attentive. Apps came out hot and well cooked. A large menu selection and everyone was pleased. Kids portions plentiful. The adult portions as well came out hot and food was fresh. Will be coming back in May for uncle birthday. Daughter in law and her friend order pizza from here often. Definitely worth a try. UPDATE..coming here Saturday for daughter in laws birthday, CAN'T WAIT. YUMMMM. Upped my review to 5 stars after todays birthdayndinnernfor ky daughter in law. Appetizer came out hot and entrees were hot,nplentiful and delicious. Will be back soon. UPDATE AGAIN....tonight we went for a so long dinner for my nephew and his son who are going back to Seattle tomorrow. And ONCE AGAIN they did not disappoint. We were 11 people in a totally full house and it was perfect. The service, the food hot and plentiful and the general ambiance is everyone enjoying themselves with a delicious meal. Thank you Mama Lisa.UPDATE 12/5/21 Came with family for my birthday dinner. It was crowded but it did not detract from our service. We were greeted right away and ordered drinks and appetizers. Everything was perfect. The owner stopped by our table several times. The staff came out with my dessert that had a candle and sang happy birthday to me. You are never taken for granted here especially if it's crowded. YOU MYST TRY MAMA LISA, you will not be disappointed!UPDATE APRIL 11 2022. We had our family tradition of Palm Sunday dinner at Mama Lisa. We are 6 adults and 4 children. We were not disappointed. The staff is amazing and accommodating. The food, oh the food, is always perfect. Fresh, hot, and plentiful. We all leave full and happy. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.UPDATE Palm Sunday 2023 was another we are a family if 10, 6 adults 4 children 12 to 3, and there were two other tables with more and the restaurant was full. Our server Ally was engaging and patient through the entire process. If course the food was PERFECT came out hot and plentiful.If you have a family event, this is the place to go, reasonable prices and delicious and accommodating. ENJOYUPDATE 2024 PALM SUNDAY another perfect celebration. Our waiter Eric was a joy to deal with. We all have our favorites from year to year and they don't disappoint. Our 4 grandkids get the chicken fingers and French fries which are plentiful and perfectly cooked. Thank you again for making our tradition going on perfectly.“

“This statement is only going to be regarding the delivery and service fee. For a location that is less than 2 miles away, it cost about $8 to get about a $9 food order delivered. I understand prices are going up, but that just seems completely out of control.“

“Just had lunch from A Wing Away Kitchen. The food was excellent, wings cooked perfectly, sauces were incredible. The best part was the staff! The owner gave us a taste of his chicken and rice (absolutely incredible!) and his “not spicys” sauce was better than spicys ever was! If you haven’t checked it out you should have dinner there tonight.“

“This was our first time trying this restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered pizza, baked pasta dishes as well as some Mexican items. Everything was perfect! The people that work add this beautiful clean pizzeria were all very courteous and kind. I felt the price for everything we got wasa little less than what we've paid at other local places.We look forward to going back again very soon as there were so many other nice things to try.“

“This is the perfect place to stop and grab a slice. Great pies. Local spot. Lots of variety. Super fast, super cheap. Amazing quality. I will say I throughly enjoyed the chicken buffalo but it was super mild. I was hoping for a kick. The pepperoni was amazing. I could have eaten 3 more slices. I'm gonna hit this place at least two more times while I'm here working to try the others. Bbq, veggie, garlic knots.. all looked amazing and the perfection on this crust and sauce leads me to believe they likely are. It's a self seating, get your own drink, and don't hold up the line kind of place. I can see how lunch with kids would be tough. Can't wait to try another slice!“

“I love the food here, one of the best pizza restaurants on the island. I go here atleast once a week, You have to try the Buffalo garlic knots when you come here. The specialty slices are loaded they dont skimp on the toppings. The staff is friendly, you can tell they put real effort into the food they cook.Ask for the spicy honey dressing on your pizza its makes it taste amazing“

“Not good not bad. I got a large pizza with half mushroom, garlic knots and mozzarella sticks. Overall the pizza was ok. The cheese side was better than the mushrooms. It almost tasted like they just threw a handful of them on a cheese pie and cooked it for a few more minutes. The knots and sticks were average. The knots were the grab and rip off type. The sticks were average frozen and friend.“

“Some of the best pizza around, their vegan veggie pizza is amazing and I'm not even vegan. Their braised short rib in cognac sauce pizza is literally the best pizza I've had ever. Minus a star bc as amazing as their food is THEY ARE NEVER ON TIME. if you want a pizza for 6pm you better order at 4pm cause they'll tell you 45 min but it never ends up being that. They're always super busy so just keep that in mind if you need it by a certain time“

“I went there tonight for pizza after seeing other favorable reviews on Yelp and Facebook. I would certainly go back. I ordered a grandma pie with pepperoni, mozzarella sticks, baked clams and garlic knots. My entire family enjoyed everything, great sauce, great pizza. The owner and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!!“

“I just ordered a pickup order yesterday from here. I must say that they were phenomenal! I have been trying to support small food service businesses and give my family a treat at least once a week. This week we went here. They individually wrapped the containers to prevent the sauces from getting all over the place in the bags and the portions were perfect! Thank you for all that you guys do! “Brought home a takeout order of Chicken Parmesan w / Thin spaghettiinitial reaction was a lil pricey but once I got home and dug into it all was good. The salad it came w was fresh and delicious.The Chicken Parmesan was fantastic some of the best I ever had , and the angel hair pasta was top notch I'm so glad I finally stopped in on my way home and wanted something substantial.Michelangelo's did not disappoint.“

“Open, cozy, clean, and well lit. Nice music selection, classical and operatic ballads.Booth was comfortable. Service was friendly though a bit slower-paced. This allowed us time to chat and look at the menu, but if we were pressed for time or starving, it might have been an issue. Food was great! Spinach, strawberry, and feta salad and spinach salad with bacon and mushroom both were tasty and not overdressed. Grandma slice had lots of saucy tomatoes and peppers. I didn't specify crispy, but I did wish it were crispier. Fried calamari appetizer was served with a generous bowl of delicious marinara. A few of the pieces had a hard bit. “With everything being so expensive I am always hesitant about ordering out. I hate wasting my hard earned money on garbage. Being that it is the day after Christmas, I did not feeling like cooking so decided to give Brezza a shot. One of their week day specials is 2 extra large pizzas and 12 garlic knots for about $35.00. Let me tell you, I am so glad I went with Brezza!! Not only was the price right, the pizza was delicious and the garlic knots were huge. The girl at the counter was very sweet. It was a great experience overall and will be our new go to pizza spot!!!“

“we used to go here all the time, and then we moved to Farmingville. Sometimes we take the trip out there which is not too far I now order on Uber eats and they have the best food and garlic knots! The house dressing is by far hands-down, the best I’ve ever had, my daughters asked me to order it tonight and I have been sick for a few days and couldn’t eat so I decided to get there chicken noodle soup. OMG! This is the best chicken noodle soup that taste like you made it at home, with fresh vegetables and fresh chicken , it is extremely tasty and really helped me“

“I had the pleasure to stop in Crust around the Corner this past Sunday and I was very happy I did. The slices were perfect. The owner treats you with respect and is happy to serve you. “I love Papa Nick's but what a disaster. Look at this slice of pizza. Portnoy would have a melt down. This slice should of never been allowed to leave this pizzeria. “At the Brookhouse having potato salad and delicious tunafish everything they have here at the Brookhouse is freshly made lovely atmosphere great customer service owner has his credentials mounted on the board, friendly atmosphere atmosphere for families to come and sit and have a great lunch dinner or breakfast and the food is absolutely amazing. “The food is alright and so is the service; and therefore I'm giving it a 4/5. There's nothing that really stands out about this pizzeria, and like above, I considered the food to be mediocre (just like, it's alright, if I had better options I would not be going here). The interior atmosphere is a bit too stuffy and unwelcoming, and therefore that results in the 3/5. It's still a good pizzeria despite my criticism, as this is all just my opinions.Parking: Usually, there's always places to park (99.9% of the time)“
