Everything was wonderfully perfect at the hotel, from checking in, very helpful, friendly staff, to our spotless room with the Lake View, and delicious breakfast. A relaxing, enjoyable couple days.
Wonderful service. The staff met our accessibility needs with proficiency.Suite: sitting room, narrow hall, bedroom and bath with Roll-in shower (3 inch lip) was awkward for a motorized wheelchair.Breakfast buffet:eggs, pork sausage, pancakes, melon salad and bread/bagel.

Great local hotel. It's clean and efficient. Across the road frim Chautauqua Lake! They have a great Restaurant and a Great Bar. With the milder winters they have not been booked as heavily so they frequently have rooms available. The expo hall can host small groups in their side rooms with the large hall hosting hugegroups. They provide tremendous food as well. Give them a chance!
