“Seems like all of a sudden there is a lack of frozen yogurt spots where I live. This one was really nice. The guy working there is friendly, lots of toppings and flavors to choose from. The pricing is on par with other froyo shops. Expensive but they all are. Figure a large cup with toppings around $8“
“It is about a 20-minute drive from my home to this DQ, but I'm so glad I made the trip. When ordering at the drive-thru around 9PM, the staff member at the window was so friendly and patient and told me it was ok to take extra time to decide what to order (there was no one on line behind me at the time, but they still didn't make me feel rushed). They took my name for the order, and every staff member I interacted with from the order speaker to the window communicated with me by name. They did the signature "flip" to show me that the Blizzard doesn't come out of the cup when turned upside-down (which was amusing) and then not only asked if I wanted lids, but also marked the bottom of each Blizzard with an identifier of what flavor it was so that they could be quickly and easily dispersed to my family members when I got home. Not only were they nice, but the service was super quick! This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in the food/dining industry. The staff here is top-notch. I'll certainly recommend this DQ and will definitely be going back.“
“I have lived in Medford for over 12 years and been coming to this Carvel. The ice cream is very good. Every time I go to the store there are at least 1 or 2 other customers there at the same time (regardless of the time of day or time of year.) So I'm confused by these negative reviews. If it is so bad why are so many people going here? The only thing I can think is that people like to complain and don't leave a Yelp review to say something nice about an ice cream shop (heck it took me 12 years to do it!) Now I ask you to remember how you were at your first job, because I will say that over the years many time the person making my sundae was working their first job. That being said, if you are nice to them, they will usually do a good job for you. I do also tip good service because I DO remember how hard it was starting out. Tonight, I felt so bad for the 2 ladies working. When I went in they were being berated by a customer. The customer purchased a cake from another Carvel and was unhappy. There was not much they could do since the cake was from another location, but the way this man spoke to them was uncalled for. I give them credit for how they handled the situation, but he still left screaming at them as he walked out of the store. They apologized to ME for having to witness the incident. I will continue to go to this Carvel for the great ice cream and regardless of who helps me, I will always treat them with respect.“
“This is a great place to stop at before work because of the drive thru. They are a bit slow, but morning is a busy time for them. I order their large iced teas because they frequently have 99 cent specials on them. My daughter loves their bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches. I have found the the majority of the staff (including the manager) are very friendly!“
“Patrick is such an amazing employee and so attentive! He literally stopped everything to take care of what I wanted when my ice cream cone fell, instead of saying “too bad” he made me another cone free of charge! Literally I love this store and their employees! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND “

“This is our favorite icecream and ices place to go! The variety is great. Servers are kind and cost is good . The only 'bad' thing I can say about this place is they close in the winter months.Vegetarian options: All water based ices are vegan“
“There are different kinds of ice cream to get here. I got the hard ice cream to try and I really enjoyed the consistency and the taste. The mint chocolate chip tastes really good. It does not taste toothpastey at all which i enjoy a lot! It tastes very good. I also tried the coffee hard ice cream and it was very flavorful. It had a strong coffee flavor which I liked. I am excited to try new flavors here and new ice cream types. The workers are very kind as well which is memorable.“

Waitress was courteous, friendly & helpful. she did not hover, but was very attentive. we ordered the fish & chips platter & we were blown away by the quality & flavor of the fish. crispy outside & beautifully flaky & moist inside. cooked to perfection. would definitely order it again !
