“It is about a 20-minute drive from my home to this DQ, but I'm so glad I made the trip. When ordering at the drive-thru around 9PM, the staff member at the window was so friendly and patient and told me it was ok to take extra time to decide what to order (there was no one on line behind me at the time, but they still didn't make me feel rushed). They took my name for the order, and every staff member I interacted with from the order speaker to the window communicated with me by name. They did the signature "flip" to show me that the Blizzard doesn't come out of the cup when turned upside-down (which was amusing) and then not only asked if I wanted lids, but also marked the bottom of each Blizzard with an identifier of what flavor it was so that they could be quickly and easily dispersed to my family members when I got home. Not only were they nice, but the service was super quick! This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in the food/dining industry. The staff here is top-notch. I'll certainly recommend this DQ and will definitely be going back.“

A young lady by the name of Briana attended to me she was very cheerful and she went out of her way to help me carry the extra bags of food out to my car. I think you are lucky to have a staff like Briana working for you and I think she should be commended and rewarded for her hard work and dedication to duty.“
“I haven't had Wendy's in quite awhile. So on my way home I decide to get dinner. I just ordered a single w/ cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle and small fries. The food was amazing! I'm surprised that I couldn't finish it, but it was excellent! Thank you!“

“Peter’s is our new place for breakfast when we go out. We used to go to the place down the road but the staff at Peters is so warm and welcoming! Our breakfast always comes out quick is plentiful and reasonably priced. Peter’s will be our place from now on, you won’t be disappointed !“
“These guys have really good burgers. A nice patty-probably flat-top cooked (so it's not charred). Enough toppings for the price, and the bacon isn't that cheap pre-cooked nonsense. The staff is always friendly here, so that's a definite plus. I don't drink so I'll only comment on their delicious food.“
“My husband and I frequent the Medford location quite often and we enjoy your meals there. We often see a young man named Faisal who seats us. He is so personable and accommodating I really think he should be serving customers at the tables because I really believe he is being underutilized as a host. Personally, we feel he would make a fantastic server. We would love to have someone with that kind of energy take our orders. I truly hope you will take this recommendation into consideration.“
