“Some of the best chicken I've ever had. The prices are really great for the portion sizes and the quality. I can't help but keep coming back because I love it so much! My only issue has been with staff. Very often, if not every time, I have to wait for quite a while to ask for something because there's nobody at the front. The most recent time I went (2/20/24) also was incredibly unpleasant for me in terms of service. Not only did it take forever to ask for utensils because nobody was there, but the worker that did come out (I believe it was the worker as there was nobody else in the building at that moment) smelled very heavily of marijuana to the point of causing my asthma to act up and make me cough.“
“Upon walking in I was greeted professionally. I ordered the signature rice bowl and galbi bone-in wings. Both items were delicious. I took a bite while in the parking lot just to taste while fresh then drive to my destination about 15 minutes away and guess what the chicken still had some crunch to it. Will be back soon to explore the menu more.“
“This was our first time @ Kitchen 216.The staff welcomed us & were very friendly despite being busy. The food was prepared to order. We went with the following meals; sweet jerk & teriyaki baked chicken, fried chicken & fried shrimp. Our sides were Mac & cheese, candied yams and corn bread. Everything tasted Delicious! We will be back to have the collard greens as with this trip they were all out.Definitely a hidden gem in the 518!! ☺️“
“After only eating Chick-Fil-A in D.C. and Virginia, I was overjoyed to find out Chick-Fil-A would be right in my hometown. Although when it opened, it was always crowded, and pretty much impossible to get "fast" food for the first 1-2 months, it has calmed down, and is pretty fast in terms of service. I went around 6pm, and there was a pretty large dinner rush line. However, the staff remained very calm and mature and dealt with the crowd smoothly and quickly. I got a Chick-Fil-A deluxe with buffalo sauce, and it was absolutely scrumptious! If you're ever craving chicken in the Troy-Rensselaer area, come on down and check out Chick-Fil-A! It's been worth the wait!Parking: Decent amount of spots to park, as the restaurant shares a parking lot with the adjacent Aldi.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals, cow mascot, games. Overall average kid-friendliness compared to other fast food restaurants.“
“Love my delivery, it's quick and hot. This is my favorite take out delivery. I usually order the sesame chicken combo, and it's decently crispy, also love the general favored apps like fried wontons, dumplings, and crab rangoons.I've had several different dishes and all are as expected, I have never ever been disappointed!“
“To own a Chick-fil-A franchise you are withheld to the highest possible corporate standard, and obviously they're going to make sure they do everything right and they did. Time will tell how well this location performs and maintains that performance.“
“We ride past this business daily and tonight we decided to give it a try and we were pleasantly surprised with our order which we took home. We ordered a 2 piece crispy chicken breast and wing with a side of mashed potatoes with gravy a biscuit and a drink. When we got home we heated for a few seconds and this was the best chicken dinner better than KFC not greasy and taste we ordered a side of coleslaw each as well and was very good also. We will definitely go back and recommend their chicken combos great service as well“
“I love this restaurant! We had the mesquite chicken tacos and the beef lengua tacos. The tacos were authentic and so tasty that we ordered seconds! There is also a small Mexican market attached to the restaurant that sells food, bags, and other household items. We will definitely be back for more!“
“Thank you so much to Ti, she was very patient with us as we had know idea. She was pleasant and knowledgeable.. our food was quickly prepared and everything we ordered. Not to shabby.Parking: It's not the easiest to get into if a car is coming out of drive thru“
