“I don't know why this place isn't listed on Yelp. I did some reviews of it accidentally for another place called Tuscan Oven, and my sincere apologies, as this place is way better. I will try and remedy with this first official review. I actually tried this pizza almost 4 years ago when I was in the area trying the Schyuler Bakery which was awesome. Not sure if the review is still listed, but look for it. I need to go back and get more of those out of this world pastries, donuts, and bread. So, I was craving some pizza, and saw this place. Looked kind of non-inviting from the outside, but from the google reviews, it looked solid. I went in, and the guy at the counter was welcoming. I asked for a supreme pizza large, and he said it would be 10 minutes. I got home opened the box and was swarmed with an overwhelming smell of all the pizza ingredients, as well as the fantastic crust. It was some of the best pizza I have had up here in upstate Albany. As a result, I order it online whenever I can, and am so glad they support Mealeo which is why I continue to order deliver y with them.“

“Absolutely, hands down one of the best spots I have ever been to! The duck was soooo tender and full of flavor! The apple and cranberry with it made the dish an explosion of flavor. I am completely impressed with the whole experience here. 100% recommended and will be back.“

“We have been enjoying Fatty's for the last couple of weeks. we have been ordering from a third party delivery service .I noticed they wrote me a nice note thanking me for the order but also suggesting a call to the store for delivery . I was so impressed that they would rather me save money than going through a third party delivery service . unfortunately I don't live within there delivery range but such a great gesture . “Stopped by on a trip to RPI. Happy I did!Birria quesadilla was absolutely amazing. So delicious and the meat was tender to the point of melting in my mouth like butter.I also grabbed a few chicken tacos. Likewise fantastic.Food took a while to come out, but it was piping hot and fresh. Sauces brought out were icing on the proverbial cake.The only problem I have is that I don’t live nearby! I’d be a frequent customer!“

“If you haven’t tried it you have no idea what your missing. This is the best staff. The food is all made with love. Breads are baked fresh meats are roasted on site. Soups are awesome. I’m lucky enough to work nearby and I love Cobblestone days at the office. Oh and I can’t forget Ruth the best delivery person I’ve ever met. She is wonderful with our big deliveries and just so lovely to speak with. The picture was my lunch today. The Italian American and the chowder of the day. “Food is hot and fresh. The sauces are not that spicy but taste really good. Veggies are fresh, the staff is always kind and helpful if you have questions about the menu. And I love the cleanliness of the restaurant. Also the flavored teas are amazing.“

A meal (calzone, drink, 1 side) runs you $13. That's a steal considering when you go out to eat these days your entree has shrunk %65 and on top of that you're forced to subsidize wait staff's 'bizarro' life choices + college tuition!NOT AT SBARRO! “Well, they are two for two with our visits and review of 5 Stars! Our waitress, Samantha was our server again. As pleasant and on top of service as before. I went with the pastrami Reuben and my wife ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. The bread/toasted just crisp, the meat(s) were on the nicely rare side. The sides, steak fries and macaroni salad were excellent!! Real Heinz ketchup, a must with fries! Beverages were on tap. Only slight issue were the nacho and salsa appetizer, chips are just so so and salsa the same. Would not order again. Ambiance was great (big screen TV) and warm decor. “First, the good... The raspberry oatmeal pancakes might be the best stack of pancakes I have ever eaten. Incredible!Now, the not so good. Wait times on Sunday morning are over 40 minutes and because of the crowds the service is (was) subpar. Got my order wrong, no coffee refills, etc. So, plan ahead, prepare to wait and do not expect service that matches the food.“

“The takeout order that I ordered today consisted of a large bowl of clam chowder and a mixed salad with tuna. It was surprising how much tuna was in the salad bowl. “Just had lunch but I have eaten a lot of Thai food, including in Bangkok and the food I had here was delicious. Note that they accurately matched the heat level unlike other places where you ask for medium and there’s not spice at all (Thai food should be a little spicy at least in my opinion) - I’d highly recommend this place if you want tasty Thai food“

The service I received was very friendly and accommodating, and I really liked the ambiance. It's in an A frame building with a cute bar and separate dining area. Lunch specials a plenty, drink specials, daily specials...I love a place that offers a value and doesn't skimp on the details.“

“Best. Favorite. Restaurant. Ever. Anytime we make a trip to Albany we go to Lanie's. Their drinks don't compete with anywhere else and don't get me STARTED on their food. Their coconut shrimp is the best hands down and their sauce for it is rich with coconut and pineapple chunks. If you're ever in the area - it's a MUST go. It does get busy and they don't take reservations, but do have a waitlist. Service is great, never had a bad experience here.“

“Forts Ferry Farm (FFF) is hard to define. It changes from season to season and as a farm, that seems befitting. For Fun Foods, now shuttered, used to offer prepared and frozen foods on site. There was also a selection of produce from the farm and pantry items like extra virgin olive oil sold in their store. Issues with the town of Colonie put an end to that venture. Not to worry, FFF, has a presence at both the Delmar and Troy Farmers' Markets for retail. They also have farmers' market pop ups at the farm on occasion. They seem to have a burgeoning wholesale market with several restaurants in the area. The wholesale market is open to everyone using the fortsferryfarmwholesale.… website. I believe they have plans to open a retail store in Hudson. I once emailed a question through their website about mycology (watching too much The Last of Us) and one of the owners, Emma Hearst, replied almost immediately to my question. Both she and her husband, John Barker, are chefs. I believe their restaurant's name in NYC was Sorella. They moved back upstate to grow food and share it with their community, both fellow chefs and consumers. The produce grown on the farm is top notch. I remember eating different heirloom tomatoes from the farm. It was simply cut, drizzled with a little olive oil, and sprinkled with a pinch of salt. The taste of those tomatoes defines summer. Another discover for me was honeynut squash. It has a thinner skin which is edible and the flesh seems much sweeter than butternut squash. The salad mixes are generous and bagged for convenience. The ginger they're growing seems to be a different varietal. They offer the tried and true classics but also venture out to offer different options to their patrons. The brand of Forts Ferry Farm is managed very well. They have both designers and farmers on staff. Check out the photos created by the staff on this site, they're gorgeous. I believe their cookbook will also be out for sale soon. Whatever Forts Ferry Farm grows into, I'm sure it will be innovative yet also founded on cultivating "goodness".By the way, if you ever have the opportunity to get one of their salted chocolate chip cookies, do not hesitate. Honestly, it's probably the best I've ever had.“

“Create your own bowls are my favorite here. I always try something new and the toppings and add-ins are great! Lots of choices for all different diets, wants, needs, etc. they also have select menu items you can order instead of create your own and to be honest those are amazing too! “I went there tonight for the first time...ordered my pizza in house, waited the stated time, went back in, paid and enjoyed it out in the car..the establishment has a spacious lot for customers...had heard of Dante's pizzas awhile back...decided to finally take a drive out (I live about 40 minutes from there)... I must say, I was impressed. in particular, was the freshness of what I was eating [8 cut pepperoni, mushroom and hot peppers)..the sauce was balanced and on point. the peppers were in two rich varieties, appeared to be freshly sliced, and pepperoni was a tasty, mild Margherita style that was generously offered. I've had pizza from a good number of well-respected pizza places in the capital region- and this pizza had had a very nice composition and the crust was nearly perfect in every way.. It had the proper donenese, the nice receding gumline that floated away to Fluffy, pillow like outer crust. The crust had a good crisp to it but not overly done...just overall great balance with finer ingredients for sure...I will definitely go back again. I would say that this pizza can compete with some of the most popular pizzeria's in the Tri -city area. I really believe that!!.. it was really good... in my opinion.“
