Worst service ever! I went in and they saw me and ignored me. I asked my coffee with no sugar so I can add it myself. They don't even have sugar or anything to mix the coffee with. Would not even give it a star
The teenagers working here seems like they don't know what customer service is. I agree with the other reviewers, this location is the worst I have ever been to. Poor Customer service.

There is a lack of management in this Dunkin Donuts. Management lets the local school kids come in and trash the place, use vulgar language, vape inside at the tables, and ive also witnessed the kids harass older customers. Most of the staff is rude and doesn't seem to care whatsoever. Ironically, one of the youngest employees is by far, the most competent. Rocio is an absolute sweetheart and if not for her professionalism, i wouldn't bother going to this location even though...read full review
