I haven’t been to this BWW in a longtime. I decided to stop in & I am glad I did! I had the pleasure of having Bella take care of my friend & I. Bella was very polite, courteous and checked in periodically. She is definitely an asset to BWW! Our food was very good and came out just as we ordered! We spoke with the kitchen manager Frank who was also very polite and took time to speak with us. The improvements made at this location were noticed and welcomed!

Pre-ordered my wings days before Super Bowl Sunday for 05:15pm. Waited to 6pm with no food in site only kept hearing another 20 mins. Customer service was nasty when asking for a refund which still haven’t received 4 days later. What’s the point of pre ordered for a certain time when they can’t fulfill orders in the first place. Go elsewhere.. btw wing stop had my order ready in 10 mins with no pre ordering food.

Whoever is in charge is an idiot. Why are they taking orders they can’t fulfill? Waiting here now over 20 minutes and staring at a sea of rotting food in take out bags, (other people’s).

The men’s bathroom was disgusting. I ended up just going back to my table after washing my hands and as dinner arrived I asked for a box to wrap up the food and left. I couldn’t even eat the food once I got home, I was so grossed out of the urine smell that got impregnated in my nose.I can’t believe the management isn’t able to fix a clogged urinal toilet.I wonder how clean the kitchen is now…

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ask for seating for 8. they wanted us to split us. Unaccommodating. They did nothing to win our business. The tables were available. The explanation was they had already been wiped and they didn't have staff to tend them. It was a slow night and their were employees standing around. Polite negotiation for us nowhere. ???
