Happy anniversary to Caribbean Fried Chicken!! My husband and I decided to do some research online in efforts to support more local businesses in our area. He found this restaurant and I was so excited to try it! We both ordered the same dinner plate which was yellow rice and beans, collard greens, sweet plantains, and fried whiting. It was delicious, the collard greens were a little spicy which we love (meatless), the rice and beans were fluffy and mildly seasoned, the fried fish was perfect not too salty or hard it was meaty and flavorful! Let's touch on the service. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the owner. She kept me up to date on the status of my order and was very polite. To add to this experience, the inside appearance is spotless and clean which is a plus for me. Give it a try and support local businesses, you won't be disappointed!

My sister works down the road from here and nagged me about trying this food for months. Got the fish and shrimp lunch combo, and I am NOT disappointed. This is some of the best food in Middletown and I will absolutely be back again!

I had the Caribbean fried chicken. It was awesome!! I had just the right amount of spice. The cabbage was really good too. I’m definitely going to be gaining some serious weight eating here. The owner was really nice!!
