Happy anniversary to Caribbean Fried Chicken!! My husband and I decided to do some research online in efforts to support more local businesses in our area. He found this restaurant and I was so excited to try it! We both ordered the same dinner plate which was yellow rice and beans, collard greens, sweet plantains, and fried whiting.
