Stopped on our way home back to PA. Super clean location, staff was friendly and helpful. Their outdoor area was dog friendly. The food was awesome and the beer was tasty. Te burger was not disappointing, and the fries were bangers.

I wanted an hour for my burger and it was Clear it was left under a heat lamp for hatf that time and was well done when I ordered a mid rare. This new staff if horrible

Equilibrium Brewery had been on our radar for years, famed for their exceptional beers. So, my wife and I finally made the trip from Westchester, NY, eager to sample their offerings. While the beers lived up to their reputation, we found the dining experience lacking.Opting for the brisket sandwich and fries, we were disappointed by the over-toasted bun and dry brisket, leaving the sandwich feeling more like a carb-heavy affair. Returning our tray, we encountered a slight hiccup with the kitchen staff, but the bartenders were friendly and accommodating.Overall, while the beers were enjoyable, the lackluster food and indifferent service left us unsure if we'd return. Definitely would continue to pick up their beers locally.

My wife and I lunched at Equilibrium Brewery in Middletown NY a year ago August. Full disclosure, we are relatives of one of the owners. Nevertheless, we honestly were struck with the physical beauty of the place, its friendly, relaxed vibe, and its intriguing selection of unique and creative IPAs, Stouts and Texas-influenced BBQ offerings. The brews and food we ordered were delicious! We do recommend Equilibrium to our friends, and we honestly look forward to visiting again.

A hidden treasure for those fortunate enough to find it! Bonfire truly lives up to its name with a casual and cozy atmosphere akin to visiting a neighborhood cookout. The stunning wood taproom is perfect for every season, and the wide range of craft beers never disappoint. Friendly hardworking staff and a fantastic culinary crew. The BBQ is especially epic, with succulent smoked ribs and heaps of brisket hard to find this far North! The relaxed set-up reminds me of my favorite BBQ joints down South, where you place food orders at the food counter and order your drinks separately at the bar. Simple and streamlined. Would love to see some iced tea added to the menu, although with so many award-winning beers it would be hard to choose. No matter where you're coming from, Equilibrium is worth the drive!

Equilibrium has been on my brewery bucket list since i can remember. I finally made the trek up to middle town and i couldn’t be happier. Visited with my family and they loved it. Let’s start with the amazing location, with the great outdoor views and natural light hitting the taproom. The history of where the brewery is built on was something i have never seen in person at a brewery. I always wanted to visit during the winter weather to sit outside and drink a nice stout. I can’t wait to come back and visit again. The staff was was so friendly and the food was incredible, some of the best BBQ food I’ve had. Such a beautiful brewery, filled with amazing vibes and beautiful people. Cheers from Florida. I will be back!

I was actually disappointed this visit. I hadn’t been here in a few months but was there often during summer and fall. I was excited to bring my here. Being she had never been. I was shocked to see you have to stand in line for food instead of ordering from table by phone or server. What a step backwards. Not the experience we were looking for, standing on a chow line like we were in a school lunch line or a soup line. So after realizing this was the thing, we just left. Shame, we really like this place. I guess back to the other brewery across town.
Came in for brunch on Sunday, food was super good had the bonfire hash and chicken and waffles. The chicken was a little over done and tough but without asking the chef had noticed brought us some fresh chicken which was perfectly juicy and tender. Great customer service right there!

It's not new, it's not cool, it's not fashionable, it is just lazy and cheap. The food ordering is very cafeteria style, run up to a window, place your order, and they text you to come running back to pick it up when it is done. For what you pay you'd expect a little bit of service and maybe a little better quality food. How do you find the menu? Well there is a tiny little page taped to a window next to the register where you order your food. I have to say this is barely a step above places that force you to scan a QR code, and before anyone screams about how great QR codes are, maybe take a look at malicious codes embedded in QR codes.Now if you want a drink, a beer or any other drink, you have to stand around their little circular bar and wait until someone notices you trying to get their attention and then order your beer. Again this is not new, trendy, fashionable, or anything along those lines.Bottom line if you want to go someplace that absolutely treats customers as if we should be grateful that they allow us in their establishment then this is the place for you. But if you are like most of us and really tired of places that treat customers worse than employees then don't go here. It used to a good place to go, now it's just trash.
