I'm not sure what her name is, but a young, blonde lady is always dealing with a rush when I come in. Through the stresses of working both the window and the counter inside, she has been exceptional. I bring my toddler with me for our ice cream days and this young lady has always been so kind to my son, even while there's a million things going on in that moment. Wow! Super yummy! Great BBQ sandwich, tangy and great quality beef. Best sweet potato fries ever and we've tried spf's from Massachusetts to Virginia and Ohio! And the ice cream served is both hard and soft serve, Great choice of flavors in both categories. The owner is super friendly and her staff was was attentive and smiling. Stop in and enjoy! We will plan our trips to Ohio with a stop over in Mohawk to eat at Mrs. Shake!

My husband and I are on an 8 day traverse of the Erie Canal bike trail, when we came upon Mrs. Shake. So glad we stopped! We were made to feel super welcome, and the ice cream was delicious. Highly recommend!
