My husband and I are on an 8 day traverse of the Erie Canal bike trail, when we came upon Mrs. Shake. So glad we stopped! We were made to feel super welcome, and the ice cream was delicious. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I typically enjoy this ice cream place, because we don’t live far from it. The last two times, service has been so slow due to staff chatting with friends that come up to the window, etc. we ended up waiting 15 minutes for the young girl to even take our order because she was chatting with friends and letting her friends sample all of the ice cream.

Ice cream tasted great. Cone sizes were good except the dish sizes were a lot less. Outside conditions are hazardous. Broken railing being held up with zip ties and duct tape. Broken florescent lights hanging that if the right rowdy kid came along they could injure themselves. Dirty tables outside. Courteous ice cream scoopers they get 5 stars.

I'm not sure what her name is, but a young, blonde lady is always dealing with a rush when I come in. Through the stresses of working both the window and the counter inside, she has been exceptional. I bring my toddler with me for our ice cream days and this young lady has always been so kind to my son, even while there's a million things going on in that moment. I wish I had her name so I could give her the credit she's due.Ice cream is always great. Haven't had the food, but it looks amazing every time I see it come out for other customers. This has been a go to for this father-son duo!
