The menu features a variety of dishes, such as edamame, gyoza, Aburi Salmon Roll, mix of spicy roll combo, California rolls, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Sashimi Deluxe, Grilled Shrimp Salad, and Thai Yellow Coconut Curry. The sashimi is fresh and chilled, served in a giant bowl on a bed of ice, while the rolls are well-made and tasty. The service is highly attentive, and they accommodate walk-ins, although reservations are recommended. The restaurant has a wide selection of drinks, including Tsing Tao and Plum Wine. The only downside mentioned was that the edamame didn't come out on time, and the Thai Coconut curry was just "not too great" by one customer's standards. Overall, Wild Fusion is a great place to try, and the Angry Dragon Roll is highly recommended.
