We had a quiet, comfortable stay while heading south through New York and New Jersey. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked with the exception of one lightbulb, which was quickly replaced. The front desk staff and the maintenance engineer were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Our one “complaint” was with the height of the toilet seat. For old folks with old knees, it’s much too low and there was nothing to grab onto. It also would have been helpful...read full review
Small town, hotel food . Serves its purpose of providing a good meal. We came at a time when the temperature was severely low and thank God for this on site restaurant . We ate dinner , hung out in the lounge area and met some of the other guest, people watched for a bit and went back to our room .

This great little bar is inside the Crowne Plaza in Mahwah. The staff are so accommodating and just nice servers and bartenders. You would expect the menu to be average but the food is delicious and the small menu is diverse enough to satisfy anyone in your party. I asked for a dirty martini and it was perfectly made. I'm truly surprised at anyone that gave lower than a 4 star. My husband and I ate at the bar each night and never had a bad meal.
