I get that it's busy and that makes it loud, but they should invest in some sound panels bc the staff and customers clearly can not hear each other. I had to remind the girl 3 times for our cups and chips and salsa that we paid for, and they skipped my daughter's kids' meal by not giving her chips or a side. Didn't even offer it. I went to Chipotle with my grandkids. They were very hungry.Food was okay despite the place being a mess. The line to get food was long. The pickup line was also long. Ordering was not too slow considering the number of people.They ran out of steak and my portion of chicken was poor.I didn't see any adult workers, mainly young people who were working hard.
