All the stuff were rude. All the stuff were acting like they were doing me a big favor. I placed 2 orders of cream of broccoli soup which came with bread, soup wasn’t hot and bread was cold. Tables weren’t cleaned after customers left. I was very disappointed. Located in part of Long Island, store was unexpectedly very disappointing.

Always like Panera but this is the 2nd time having an issue at this place. First time we got the wrong order & had to drive back and the manager gave us a few pastries for the trouble. This time however another couple took our order immediately after it was ready & we had to wait and they only apologized but did nothing! Panera needs to adjust their system for customers grabbing orders that are ready. It’s ridiculous how many times I’ve seen issues like this & they keep the same bad system in place. I’d rather go to a deli for the money anyway.

The friendly service can't be beat. I love the food. It's always fresh healthy and tasty. And the coffee is just simply good.Parking: Panera is inside a mall so the parking area is large. There's handicap parking right next to Panera.
Clean spacious place. It was pretty empty when o went in so the order came out quick.My second time here the parking space is large and convenient.

Robin team manager dismissed my complaint about wrong bread. Cold chicken. And double meat. A $20 sandwich and not a drop of empathy. Would never come here again.

Why is corporate allowing this location to advertise rapid pickup when they removed it from the front of the store? You now have to wait on line for someone to pull your order from the new rapid location behind the counter. What a waste of time and defeats the purpose of rapid pickup.
