So glad this place is here. No need to drive to POK. The panini are fresh, delicious and tasty!! I got some chicken salads. This could be hit or miss, a lot of times with too much mayo or not enough seasoning. This was spot on. Pickles are lovely and crispy. We walked in with no one there and all before 1130 the place was packed w regulars. By 11:50 all of our food was wolfed down. Insert happy babies and happy mom. Thanks for the advice, patience in choosing breads, and a FAST, convenient, lovely and easy lunchtime fix. Would Definitely recommend and return. The space is a market selling spice blends, pickles , and sauces. To the right is the kitchen where the magic happens. An efficient space and friendly service w a smile.

Amazing simple fresh sandwiches here, appreciate a simple written menu with exactly what in every sandwich. I got Tom's pesto and there plenty of meat, not a huge amount of the greens as filler and two slices of fresh mozzarella, with homemade pesto. Peasant bread was amazing too, soft but with a great crust.

If you are looking for a Great sandwich for a more then reasonable price, you have found your place. The sandwich selection is full of great options, and you won't be disappointed. The Cuban has been my go-to for a quick weekend lunch option. The staff is attentive and friendly, and one gentlemen calls me young man, even though I am sure that I am older then him which leads me to an extensional crisis while I eat my Cuban. I hope that this joint can survive in our sweet little town full of Teeny boppers and hopeless hipsters. Do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich from this place before our only option is a mutant meat sandwich from Amazon grown in a laboratory for 2$ a month for eternity.
Such a great and well needed addition to the lunch scene in new paltz. Fresh and fast and with a smile. Easy to talk to and make requests for your lunch. The little extras in the case are always delicious and such a nice bonus. Thank you Frank and the team !

Went to Frank's Fresh Pickling Co for the first time today. I got the Cubano and a small container of tortellini, it was delicious. In addition to great reasonably priced food, Frank and his co worker were very helpful and entertaining. Will definitely be back.
