Truly a terrible place. they lie and tell you that your food is ready, when it isn’t. I just saw a woman pick up her food, and she had waited 58 minutes. I have already been waiting 35 minutes for mine. This is the second time in a row they told me my food was ready when it wasn’t. I will never, come here again.

This location is HORRIFIC. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED, which creates long lines and rushed service. Rushed service creates poor quality food, which contradicts Chipotle’s mission / values to begin with. Shoutout Mamaroneck for doing it the right way, they got their system in check—I highly recommend going there instead if you intend on NOT wasting your money and going to Google reviews to rant about it….

Representatives was unable to help clients.. Manager Christina walked away leaving 1 staff member on the floor on April 1st from 2:48-2:57 pm. My food was placed at 2:40- food sat on the counter for 20 minutes before she came out to complete preparing order.. there was zero acknowledgment of clients waiting an extended time.. location lacks training in customer experience.

If I can give them 0 stars I would- managers in the back just chilling, the workers are rude with no urgency, close down this location it’s just a waste of time. Placed an online order and the wait time was over 30 minutes, dozens of people waiting for their order and a line out the door. Terrible service, embarrassing literally.

Soo apparently this Chipotle doesn't like making money they would rather throw the food away than opening the door for a delivery driver, who arrived 5 min past closing time. The worst part , I was staring right at my order. That is horrible customer service!

This is probably the most poorly run Chipotle I've ever seen. Ordered food at like 8:40 with 9:00 pick up time. Got there and still had to wait. When I went in to pick up there were like 10 other people still waiting for their food. Did not get my food till 9:30. Workers are slow as hell. This one other guy lazy doing nothing to help. You cannot even get utensils from the utensil area because they do not restock them, straight up empty, not even napkins. Their garbage can is overflowing, their fountain machines are running near bone dry. Once I got my food and left, I realized they did not even give me utensils or napkins. They need to re-staff the place or have a location manager that gives a damn. I would never come here again unless it's a very last resort.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I placed an order for pick up 2 hours in advance and waited 40 minutes for my order. The ladies preparing each order were painfully slow and had terrible attitudes. At about 30 minutes of waiting I asked a 2nd time about my order and they said they were then waiting for chicken. Why didn’t they come to me and say, I’m sorry you have been waiting 30 minutes but now the chicken is not ready, would you like to choose a different protein? Sooooooo frustrating! Once we got home the burritos were stuffed with rice and sour cream and very little other ingredients. The expensive guacamole container was half full and one burrito was so small it looked like the frozen burritos you get from the grocery store. Yuk. After a long day of work and wanting to run in and pick up quick easy dinner to get home, this was incredibly angering. We love Chipotle but would never ever ever go back to this one.

Pretty dirty atmosphere, trash everywhere but overall had a good time. Our cashier was very, nice and helpful with our order. Food was good, they were very generous with the amount of food they gave. Watermelon limeade is delicious.

I just came here with my friend and for starters there were super careless with the order. We’ve been here before and it was mediocre, but this time was unacceptable . They don’t heat up the tortillas which leaves the tacos very chewy. It took forever to even place our order. My friend said her steak was extremely chewy even though the meat was pink. She paid $16 for 2 TACOS!!!!! This place is hit or miss but this experience turned us away.
