I love this little health shop, such a gem to New Rochelle. I love the decor and the girls inside they are so inviting! If you are going I would recommend the Breakfast Smoothie or peach passion they are both amazing!!!!
Came in with my bestie to get some smoothies before our workout. The cashier (a student abroad) was the sweetest thing from when we walked in to when we left. The smoothie was DELICIOUS ! It was thick , creamy and very tasteful. You get a taste of all fruit ,you asked for, in every sip. This seem like a family owned business and I will continue to support them! Thank you guys :)
